DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. Awful company!!! Booked an apartment, found out it wasn't what we expected at all. Tried cancelling within about 30 hours of the booking after the owner demanding cash for security deposit on arrival.
VERY unreliable. Would never book with this company ever again! Customer service was disgusting and I was laughed at down the phone.

I have not dealt with a human being. It was only on line. This is not my first experience with Only-apartment. That is why I use it.
It's so easy to find for what you're looking for. For the second time I found an amazing appartment in Athens, Greece.
I found the service wonderful. The owners responded immediately and gave me several options for sightseeing and also arranged our transfers to and from the apartment and airport. They answer my questions right away.
I am looking forward to my stay in Budapest.
While making my booking on line I had a problem when entering my mobile number and could not complete the booking. My mobile than rang and a very friendly gentleman enquired if I am trying to make a booking through Only-apartments.With in seconds my apartment was booked tith his help

The only issue I have with only-apartments is that once I have booked there isn't any easy one click way to print out my booking details.
The booking process is so simple starting with the easy to navigate listing pages. The pictures and information layout is a quality presentation. Once I had decided on an apartment, the booking was fast and efficient, and the communication clear. Very happy with this company so far.
So far Only-Apartments seems to be a very pleasant company. I found the website very good and complete. Making a reservation was easy and I received an answer very soon. So far I am also happy with FeelsLikeHome. I hope all goes well with the transfer service and the key pick-up.

My wife and I used this company to book an apartment in Rome Trastevere for the Christmas week 2018. Booking was made and paid for, 8 days later the apartment owner (Isabella) emailed to ask for travel details and if we require pickup from the airport etc. 3 days later Only Apartments emailed me giving several different reasons stating that the owner no longer would honour our booking.
1. Very bad from the owner ISABELLA for deciding after 11 days to cancel our booking.
2 Terrible from the company ONLY APARTMENTS for allowing the owner to do this.
If you want peace of mind when booking a holiday /trip/vacation abroad DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. or if travelling to Rome DO NOT RENT AN APARTMENT OWNED BY ISABELLA.
As you can see I am extremely unhappy with the service of this company and the actions of this apartment owner.
My experience so far has been brilliant, the booking process was very easy to follow and I’m really looking forward to my stay in the apartment in Calpe.
Awful Company to deal with - don't bother!! We booked an apartment for 6 people in June and paid the deposit immediately. When it came to them automatically taking the remainder payment my friends credit card company put a stop on the payment as they thought it was fradulent. The credit card company contacted us to notify us of this and Only-Apartments were given an alternative card. They did not try this card, cancelled our apartment and have kept our deposit! All communications with them have been difficult and unhelpful. On offering to pay with another card immediately they responded with they are unable to activate our booking!!! We are now down 484.55 Eur with all our flights and transfers booked!!!!
With regards to their reply, they have had all of our details!

After posting on Trustpilot I received communication from the company, offering me alternative accommodation. Most people spend time looking for the right accommodation for their annual holiday and make their choice based on certain preferences, unfortunately the alternatives offered aren't the right choices for us. So I am still left with flights to a place in Turkey where I cannot find alternative suitable accommodation. A word of caution to anyone, if you are lured into booking with Only-apartments because of a a cheaper price that they are offering, much cheaper than their competitors, then please check and double check, all is not what it seems!
