Very bad experience

Very bad experience, no customer service at all. No responce. We could not cancel or change the bookig and spent a triple price for 2 days stay due to their incompetence!

On November 9

On November 9, 2025, we booked a hotel in Calpe from February 8, 2026, to February 15, 2026, with free cancellation until February 1, 2026.
On November 20, 2025, we received an email stating we had to pay within 24 hours, which we did. It then turned out that the cancellation policy had disappeared, which wasn't entirely correct. Because the payment was made in full, we booked our plane tickets.
On December 16, 2025, we received another email stating we had to pay an additional €1,555 or they wouldn't be able to guarantee our booking. We had the choice of paying or canceling. As compensation, we received a meager €20 in our wallet, which was of no use to us; we simply wanted to stay at the hotel at the price we booked. We received a confirmation email, a voucher, and paid for everything correctly, and now you're threatening to cancel our booking, which is completely illegal. Who will reimburse our plane tickets?
We've been booking with Central De Resevas several times a year since 2017 and have always been very satisfied. We really hope our booking can go ahead, otherwise it will be the last time, which would be a shame.
We replied to your email but haven't received a response.
Our booking reference is 1762704921.

Very old OLD POOR FOOD

Very old resort, friendly staff, but they can't make up for the resort's shortcomings.
The food is of very poor quality.
There are better options for the same price.
Not worth it.

Made an online reservation with Central…

Made an online reservation with Central De Reservas for two tickets for a guided tour of Castillo de Loarre.there were three time slots available. We chose the 12:30pm. When we arrived to the castle we were informed that the company we reserved with is not affiliated with the castle but could still be conducting a tour and to wait outside. There were 8 others waiting people waiting as well. After 15 minutes of no show we all went back inside. Everyone had to purchase tickets again if they wanted to see the castle. The explanation of what might of happed was done in Spanish, so we really never knew what actually could have happened. Bottom line, we bought tickets online ( as did several other people), they didn’t show up, we had to buy additional tickets to see the castle. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!. They are a total scam.

IT IS A SCAM!!

IT IS A “COMPANY” THAT SCAMS!! I made a hotel reservation and they sent me the confirmation email and charged me the money, they never made the reservation with the hotel and never answered my emails or by phone, BE CAREFUL

It’s a spam

It’s a spam. We as a clients are not protected. They canceled my reservation last minute which was not changeable or refundable to be able to resell it ten times more as hotel prices rise at Christmas and new year. I’m still in a big shock. I sent them multiply emails to get my reservation back but they don’t even bother to reply. They would never issue full refund if they wouldn’t be able to resell hotel rooms with ten times more profit.

Really strange

Really strange with all the high ratings the company has.
Not that I have rented from them, but they seem to have apartments available in Buganvilla, San Agustin, Gran Canaria and when I call the hotel and email them I am informed that they have nothing available.
The hotel does not say that centraldereservas is fraud, but they have nothing available and when centraldereservas has no way to contact them it is hard to find out what is what.
I am not going to pay for something that I am likely not to get and that is what it seems to me when the hotel tell me they have nothing available in the period I want it 28. December - 25. January I am not going to risk paying for something likely not to get.
I have mails from the hotel telling me they have nothing available in that period.

After seing your answer to me:

Your answer is not really worth anything.
Contacting the hotel where you claim you have room available in the time I want it and when contacting the hotel am informed that there is nothing available in that time.
How do you think it make your company look?
That is correct.
Like fraud.
Contacted the hotel again and they promise that should they get a room available in the period I want it they would remember and contact me. Have been living there more than once before.
From where you got all the positive reviews I can only guess.

I have email from hotel proving I am correct and that centraldereservas.com is wrong.
No reason to flag my experience as not correct.

We have Customer Service agents who are available 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, and you can contact them by phone or email in multiple languages.
Regarding the availability of the hotel on the dates you were looking for, we work with intermediaries who often have agreements with the hotel and that is why it is possible that we did have availability and not the accommodation.

The worst booking system. There is no normal support

the worst booking service. I booked a hotel, after that I wrote to the hotel to confirm the reservation, the hotel did not confirm it. 3 weeks of correspondence, 2 additional reservation numbers, then I contacted the hotel again - there is no reservation. As a result, 2 days before the trip, they offered a replacement from a 5* chain hotel to the simplest 4*. At the same time, they did not apologize and did not give any compensation for 3 weeks of torment and inconvenience. I don't recommend this booking system to anyone, it's the worst booking experience I've had.

WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

This company doesn´t recognize covid cases. If you get covid they will not help you to rebook or assist in any way. Instead charge whole amount of your booking.
WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

I lost 250euros and considering court to get my money back.
