Easiest & clearest apartment search website

This apartment website is the easiest to navigate and search compared to others. I places like Rome, the floor was identified right up front, which is quite key. The one thing that is not obvious is how to book the extras (early check in, airport transfer...). I still haven’t figured it out.

Very good site! I will recommend.

I have just booked with Only Apts for …

I have just booked with Only Apts for the 1st time.
This meant that I had to pay a sum of money as a deposit.I had a reply confirming this within the same day with information as to where the Apt is and services provided etc.
My stay is not until April so I am hoping that all will be fine.
So far I feel confident.

Hello,
We have booked with you successfully and happily before.
With our Vienna booking we have had no response regarding our questions about access procedure.
Will we be met?
What is the number of our apartment?
Is there a concierge?
Is there keypad entry to the foyer and the apartment?
If so what is the entry code?
Can we have the direct email address of the owner or local agent?(You gave us this for our Porto booking last year and it was essential)
Please respond with this information.

Excellent

Staff is very helpful, check in was smooth and quick.
Apartment met all expectations - heated very good (important in winter), equiped as described in internet site.
Location is convenient.

Hello,
I've traveled a couple of times using Only-apartments, Berlin and Madrid. Both Apartments were well equipped. And we had a good deal from the owner.
We want to repeat with Belin next year!

Booked through instant reservation system - cancelled by company a week later

Booked an apartment in the Canary Islands with instant confirmation. One week later I was contacted to say the owner had withdrawn the property and my reservation was cancelled. Not impressed - instant confirmation should mean that. Now apartments are more expensive.

Good contact from company employee though.

Only Apartments London and Amsterdam

Having used only apartments on previous trips to Europe I decided to see what was available we are staying 4 nights in Amsterdam which I booked with ease, and I have paid the required deposit. I have also booked 4 nights in London which I have paid in full. Hopefully our choices are as excellent as we have experienced in the past

TO FLEE

This apartment is to flee and avoid! Huge clean cleaning service that actually is not done. The apartment is very dirty! The sheets are rough and the duvets have no cover and are stained.
The shower tray is also very dirty and the curtain: an antique whose bottom is super dirty!
No heating, no lighting in the main room. The only existing lamps were dirty or broken!
I can provide the photos if you want!

Myself and my wife booked a Paris …absolutely terrible !

Myself and my wife booked a Paris apartment in Montmartre number 24 Rue de Orsel
The apartment was disgustingly dirty, Magots and lice infestation in the kitchen and bathroom! Bed bugs throughout the living room and bedrooms and very dirty bed linen
I complained but this has been ignored completely !
Avoid this company or be very disappointed !

I had two reservations for different …

I had two reservations for different appartments in Berlin, and cancelled one.
However, the mail reported that nr 1 was cancelled, and I asked to cancel nr 2...it took lots of mails, uncertanty and confusion and finally we have a stay in nr 2... not 1 as asked.
No big deal but unnesseceraly....

SATISFACTION IN FULL

Having had the good fortune to have spent numerous visits to Lisbon in the past I was finally able to talk my wife into visiting this beautiful city with me. Bairo Alto being one of my favorite areas of Lisbon, and after browsing on the internet we found the highly suitable accommodation with SKY CHIADO (only-apartments).
Our booking was immediately and highly professionally responded to and we are both looking forward to spend our next holiday in one of Europes fantastic cities.

Proffesional and impressive

Couple weeks ago I made the apartment reservation in Porto.
Only-apartments where very quick to confirmed the booking and also supplied me with further information about their office location and other optional services they provide.
Very impressive.
I travel a lot and book apartments everywhere go, this company is in my top 5 I ever dealt with. I hope that their service after my arrival in May will be as good as the booking process.
