My daughter was inadvertently directed to the onlyjustshoes website and charged €46 for a subscription she did not want. She is so upset; despite several emails and attempts to get her money back (within days of taking out the subscription) she has had nothing. The icing on the cake was the email asking for feedback on the site's customer service.
