Good experience with only sheds & summerhouses Ltd from start to finish fantastic service from ordering to installing, gave me a date team arrived on the day Richard & Bobby very professional they did an amazing job highly recommend 10/10

I ordered the summer house, pre installation communication was great, delivery was the day they said. Lads turned up, 2 great lads, fed and watered them all day.
Noticed roof was sagging, message straight away, Teresa asked for video, sent Sunday, I called Monday, Teresa said she had the video and was waiting to talk to her manager and would call Me back by close Monday, NO CALL!
I call Tuesday Morning, she said she had been busy and was waiting for the factory to come back to her and that she would call them!
4.30pm I call back, Teresa said she had been busy with other clients and had not had time to sort my issue out!
I said it’s unfair giving the issue with the summerhouse wa sorry serious, I said she should call again.
Teresa again said she would call me back by close of play….. again NO call!!!!

So a further update for you:
Wednesday Bobby the installer guy called me, asking for more videos, I sent them, he the. Messaged to say he had a call with the boss at 5.30pm and would call me back.

No call came, I called and text him again Thursday I call and text him, no response!

I call the office, lady tells me Teresa and the boss are now on an aeroplane going on holiday, can’t resolve as allegedly can’t call them.

Again I’m told they are very busy and I should just wait!

Had our summerhouse / shed combination delivered and installed today . Very pleased with quality and help from the sales through to install guys. Would definitely recomend this company.

Ordered an Asgard 7.7x3.4 Asgrad Access E Plus Bike Store (3 e-bikes), this was ordered on the 9th of May and was delivered on the 4th of September.

During the assembly of the unit I had to drill out an hole which should have already been preformed!
I had to go to B&Q and buy a pack of nuts, because they had sent the wrong size with the order.
The big concern is the fact that I have filled out a contact us form from the website, with the problems detailed and they have not replied!

I have only given a 3 star due to long delivery of unit from initial order being placed and the issues highlighted above and their customer services department not replying to my contact form.

Positives:
Delivery arrangements very good including delivery and driver very helpful.

The storage unit once assembled is a good.

Appalled with lack of customer service from only sheds. Have emailed and called contact number several times. Can't trace order on-line or get a eta for delivery. I think this is a con. Also order confirmations comes from 'Keep moving care' who have awful reviews on Trustpilot. This this is a con so will ask my credit care company to get money back.

A long delivery time but only sheds came through and delivery service from Asgard driver excellent.

Great product, very robust and easy to build. The packaging it arrived in was quite extensive, very well protected on a pallet with a box frame of timber which was quite large, about 6 1/2 foot high (this should be considered when expecting delivery & access). The delivery took quite a while, however this is just reflects the current state of availability due to the impact of COVID & Brexit, that all suppliers are experiencing in the UK, however Liam was a pleasure to deal with and was attentive to my requests for updates.

Fantastic customer service from Liam! Shed arrived early and he was super helpful in resolving my queries. Would highly recommend!
