Moved to them right before closing down this year for Covid. We've had to do lots of strange things because of the PPP loan.. Change banks, pay cycles, etc. The support at on pay has been fabulous! Also loving the ability to scan in employee documents. I'm just discovering the reports. They seem to be way better than our previous payroll provider. Thanks OnPay. We appreciate you!

We are a small nonprofit with independent contractors and a couple of employees. We used to pay a lot to a cpa firm to handle payroll, payroll taxes, quarterly reporting as well as issue the checks ourselves...over $2000 a year!

We now pay far less, do less and get more done with OnPay! Highly recommended. They were also a big help in the transition...great customer service.

OnPay has made payroll the easiest task I have to do. Once it's set up, changes are simple and easy to figure out with no additional help. If you do need help, their articles are super informative. The few times I reached out to customer service the response was immediate and answered my question(s). If everything I had to do was this simple and easy I wouldn't be stressed out. On Pay has made payroll easier than I could ever imagine. From Set up to navigation throughout the site is a breeze. If you ever do have questions or need help, they are quick to respond. Benefits are easy to incorporate and they can even help find providers to choose from. Not having to worry about payroll reports and payments weekly, quarterly and annually is such a weight off my shoulders. I have everything I need with not one complaint in 3 years!

Onpay is user friendly and provides a lot of support. I really like the weekly reminders and notifications.

Very good payroll service but I just wish that they had an app for the employees.
