Issues and delays, poor communication and responses, lack of information regarding Interest that would be charged during delays.
We've ended up just under £900 out of pocket in a 5 week period.
Extremely unhappy, complaint opened.
Would never use again and would strongly advise others to go elsewhere.

Was awful experience, it was as if my case manager had never done it before. Constantly asking questions, they had already had the answers too, slow in replies on portal. Had to call so many times, call desk people were great, but so many times, told would get a call back and then not, another week of delay would go by
