Well the oil is fine, but on attempting to renew a subscription I've had all sorts of problems with this company! Repeated messages about payment failure, so I reset two credit cards with an excess of £8000 in available credit, this was done via their payment link. However still the same problem. Three emails followed to their sales / customer service department over a period of ten days and with no reply. So I am in limbo, there is no evidence of any attempts to take payment from my credit card, they have no phone number to contact them, so regardless how good their oil is I shall be seeking an alternative supplier with immediate effect. I suspect the confusion and errors are their end, but they just haven't got the courtesy to say so. Be very careful if you try and place an order with this firm.
To update: Onsuri have been very quick to contact me and resolve the issue. Their email responses had gone to my spam box, so that was my fault, not theirs. Hence my adjustment of this review. The oil is fantastic and I will continue to use their service, it is little wonder supply does not meet demand as it is such a fantastic product.
