My experience with SP360 was consistently below an acceptable standard. Communication was unclear, follow‑ups were delayed, and the overall handling of my case lacked accountability. At every stage, I expected a straightforward, solution‑focused approach, but instead encountered defensiveness and a reluctance to take responsibility for service failures.

I made repeated attempts to resolve the issue constructively, yet the responses I received did not demonstrate the professionalism or customer care that a company in this space should uphold. This experience has reinforced my decision to discontinue using their services, and I hope SP360 takes this feedback seriously and improves its processes going forward.

I bought this oil on the recommendation of a friend. It’s unbelievable and the bottle is so stylish we keep it on display. I’ve already bought refills. Unlike any other oil I’ve tried before. A very strong taste but paired with a good balsamic vinegar what a joy for dipping! Highly recommended.

The product I received is definitely a high quality product however the issue I have is the terrible customer service experience i have received.
Half an order received with little correspondence about updates for the rest of the order. Quoted May 14th but after chasing online chat, they now say next week.
I requested email confirmation and the cust serv rep refered to a scrappy note in the first delivery which just said part order.
So, product is great but when you are paying for a premium high cost product you expect better customer service. I hope this is resolved and if it is the i will be a returning customer.
