I'm a bit of an odd shape for a bloke, so I am always looking for clothes which are a comfortable fit. I decided to give the boxers a try as I really dislike loose fitting ones. These are snug, soft, comfortable and I love the wide elasticated waist band. I chose the plain option but the range of designs available is so different and fun I will be going patterned when I next need to buy some.

The boxers fit well and the design is the least garish of the non-plain ones. I've cancelled my membership as they don't have a fly which I personally prefer and that isn't made clear in the product description

Not a trial deal
I thought that the deal was to try their product for the cost of postage with the option to cancel if it wasn’t for you. It wasn’t for my partner, so I cancelled. Apparently they will go on taking money for several months whether or not you want their product.
Be warned! Learn from the experience of those of us who got duped. Don’t even think about ordering from these crooks.

Con company that charges you even after cancellation
I took advantage of the free trial but was not happy with the quality of the item so cancelled the free trial before it became a full membership. Then a month later a payment has been taken from my account. I went back on to find that even after cancelling my account has been setup as active. I contacted customer service about this but they have been very unhelpful just repeating that unless I cancel during the free trial a membership will be setup. I have told them numerous times that I did cancel during the free trial so am due a refund but they just keep parroting the same line. Terrible service

Don’t trust this company
Don’t trust this company, they set you up to sign up to their subscription boxers. They are a desperate company forcing people into buying their boxers. Their customer service is terrible. I told them I don’t want the boxer they sent me and I want to return it and guess what they said they don’t do return the only business I know you can’t return.

Just terrible experience with Onthatass.
First of all the boxers are of mediocre quality, especially the print - it's already starting to come off after a couple months.
But the worst thing is the scammy commercial practice - if you cancel the subscription they will try and force you to pay for one more month, sending payment requests to your bank and threatening you to send debt collectors.
No support email address on their website either, so I couldn't even send them an email to protest this malpractice; there's just a chatbot that won't solve any issue whatsoever.
Just stay away, terrible company.

Nice boxers but awful company
The boxers and socks themselves are great dont get me wrong, but the company is slimy and shady
They increased the cost of my subscription without telling me (it wasnt an introductory price, this is after a couple of months of paying the same amount)
I only realised it had gone up when i checked how much i had spent with them over the months
Its impossible to see the price of your ongoing subscription on the site, theyre really shady about showing you any prices at all.
Their 'loyalty shop' isnt a loyalty shop at all, no way is anyone buying a tshirt for '$75 of credit' (that would take you 7-8 months of subscription to accrue). And shipping after the fact is probably enough to actually pay for the item its self.
Nightmare trying to speak to anyone in customer service. Shame that the boxers are so nice because it truly is just a scammy company. Then when you go to cancel you have to pay the next payment anyway!

At first i was excited when I received the hipster and bralette, but when I tried them on they just didn‘t look good. With me as a curvy girl I looked just hideous and rather pressed or squeezed into it!

Awful company.
Got tricked into buying a pair because I got a pair free due to a reward scheme with my train service.
Did not select that I wanted a membership, I always unselect anything like that so it would have been in the tiniest writing if at all. I have attempted to cancel and been asked FIVE times if I'm sure, they finally accepted it only to tell me I still have to pay for this month. Absolutely fuming. Then on top of all that, the product itself is average at absolute best.
Highly recommend avoiding at all costs, a free pair isn't worth the hassle.

I want to cancel my subscription.
Don't get me wrong the boxers are great but when i try and cancel the subscription it wouldn't let me and wouldn't let me delete my data because of the subscription.
