On That Ass need to just sell them not have a dumb subscription service. Utterly ridiculous way of getting money out of customers who easily forget to cancel.

The first boxer that should come as an offer never got to my address. Then a second boxer arrives, thinking is the first, but no, few days later get an e-mail to pay if not they will charge a ridiculous ammount. I paid and try to cancel the subscription that I did not have notice it was made. Didn't let me cancel because another boxer was already in line and I had to pay. Paied, cancel the subscription and Didn't get the boxers that I paied for. Scammers.

Great quality and perfect size, it was free too so a huge +

Terrible customer service and most likely a gimmick to get customers stuck into a subscription service.
Like everyone else, I had trouble with account details and check out processes. Avoid if you don’t want the risks.

terrible . keep well away from them. they send a free pair of pants then take £37 a month. you can’t email them, they bounce back! you can’t telephone them it’s foreign automated answer machine and they hang up. i cancelled on line . it says i’ve cancelled but have recieved more pants and they e taken more money. shit shit company. i’m going g to have to talk to my bank
Since this review OTA sent a a email instantly stating that i had a subscription and that i had not cancelled it with. the 14 days, no i didn’t as i didn’t realise i had a subscription. i did state that they have no customer service at all as emails are returned and the phone is automated and foreign they say they have just cancelled my subscription themselves but i will receive more pants and more money will be taken at end of the month. i have replied i still have all pants packaged and will send back but they refuse returns and refunds. i have said i wont pay the next payment and that they need to sort their help desk.

The quality is exceptional but the size isn't. I always have large and these have been sent as large but they do not fit me. Otherwise I love them

Subscribed to a free offer (which I never received). Found to have subscribed to a monthly delivery. Cancelled and was stuck to pay for another month. Never received that boxer short either. Support not existant.

I did a free trial for women's, the quality was great and I had no issue with my items. The issue occurs when I later found out they added me on for a full men's subscription I did not want and this companies policy has a 1 month cancellation so if you cancel you still pay for a month before they cancel, I did email and they did not fix my issue, I paid for the men's. I did cancel my previous free trial however after i paid for the men's subscription it then added a full female one. I did contact the company again and they did resolve my issue thankfully! It still cost me money for a membership I did not want but the second time around they handled things very professionally and i was satisfied, it could've been fixed the first time around but it's okay. I do like their quality, delivery is pretty speedy and overall an okay business however their cancellation process is not flexible so when making one read the terms carefully.

Overall the quality of the boxer shorts seem to have improved. Last time I subscribed the boxer shorts developed holes and tears after a few washes and wears but the designs are still as good and as funky as before

I'm a bit of an odd shape for a bloke, so I am always looking for clothes which are a comfortable fit. I decided to give the boxers a try as I really dislike loose fitting ones. These are snug, soft, comfortable and I love the wide elasticated waist band. I chose the plain option but the range of designs available is so different and fun I will be going patterned when I next need to buy some.

The boxers fit well and the design is the least garish of the non-plain ones. I've cancelled my membership as they don't have a fly which I personally prefer and that isn't made clear in the product description
