Not what they used to be
We used to be big fans of Oofos in our household - but sadly no longer. It seems that profit has now been prioritized over quality.
I bought my husband (at his request) a pair of sliders for Christmas. When they arrived, we found that one of the shoes - although labelled as the same size - was about 5mm longer than the other meaning that one fit perfectly and the other was too small.
We received a replacement pair - same issue. A third pair was sent with an assurance that they would be checked prior to dispatch - again the exact same issue.
We were then informed that an issue with the quality of the sliders had been pinpointed to a particular manufacturer and were assured that the rogue pairs had been removed from sale, and we agreed to another replacement from the new batch which we were assured would match.
Initially excited/relieved as the most recent pair seemed to be the same length, upon trying the shoes on my husband found the left shoe a perfect fit but couldn't even get his toes into the right shoe ,- closer examination showed the instep on each shoe to be a vastly different shape and size.
Time to cut our losses - so much wasted time emailing back and forth and visits to the post office and still no decent pair of shoes 6 months later - a cheap pair from Primark will be better quality!
Customer services have been responsive to emails, but I did ask to raise a formal complaint several months ago and have heard nothing back.
Even if you've always loved Oofos, I would recommend avoiding unless and until these quality issues are resolved.
Worst purchase ever
Please do not buy these. Gave me horrible blisters on both feet by just wearing them for few hours. They stick to your skin and are very hard to slide your feet in.

Amazing customer service. Michael went above and beyond to exchange my order so that the shoes would arrive in time for my holiday. All turned round in 2 days. Thank you Michael. Outstanding service. And Oofos shoes are so comfortable. Like walking on a cushion of air.
Update to my previous review
Update to my previous review. My refund had crossed in the post, so to speak, with my review. for which I thank oofos. However, my complaint still stands regarding the chaos of the Oofos returns system. The reason I felt another comment was necessary is that I received the following response from them:
'I am sorry you had issues returning your OOFOS. We only have one returns website (APPARENTLY I CANNOT QUOTE IT HERE??) Any other OOFOS website will not work as your order number will not be in their system. You do need to make sure to include the # in the order number along with the email used to purchase. We do also have our contact information on our website. You have been issued your refund which you were made aware of. Thank yOO!'
I certainly used the # in my order number and I used the address specifically given in the slip enclosed with the sandals which is (AGAIN NOT ALLOWED TO QUOTE IT!) I was told my order didn't exist.
When I emailed Oofos I was given a different returns address to use, namely, (NOT ALLOWED TO QUOTE IT!) This also denied my order existed. In desparation, I googled oofos returns and found yet another address to try, which also didn't work. At no time was I given the returns address quoted above by oofos. It was only by phoning a stockist and finding a rep to contact that I finally got any sense.
A friend of mine had the same problem and she only resolved it by phoning a stockist; which she advised me to do. We both got the same helpful rep, Amalie.
In summary, my complaint still stands Oofos seriously needs to get its customer service/returns system sorted out. It's a nightmare!
Supply problems?
Have had several different styles of Oofos, but am finding they are now coming up small and need to buy a size up. However, their supply chain seems to have gone AWOL as they have a very limited size choice at present and are unable to tell me when they expect a delivery - speculating they are coming from China? Wish they would be upfront and candid so customers could know where they stand.
Nice Product… AWFUL, “OOful” returns service
I like the flip flops but ordered the wrong size. Naturally, I sent them back for a refund using their “Fast Returns” service.
Now, when they say it may take up to 21 days to receive a refund, what they actually mean is that they’ll receive the return in 3 days from posting (via Royal Mail tracked) and then hold on to your money until exactly 21 days. They then have the audacity to tell you that your refund may then take an additional 14 days to reach your account for some reason!
Awful, “OOful” customer service in this day and age. So much so that I’d honestly recommend you buy these (as to be fair, they genuinely are comfortable and a decent sandal) from a different retailer who actually understands and cares.

Poor customer service
I bought the cloggs because of the reviews on their website. Wore them once and it was probably the most painful experience I’ve had with shoes. The foot would slide around in the shoe when your feet are damp and they left me with blisters.
Tried to contact oofos to see what could be done. Never heard back

Highly recommended for injury recovery
I am an active person and injured my achilles and have had daily pain for over a year. It had meant I had to stop all activity other than walking, and even that hurt. My physio tried a lot of different techniques over a long period of time but none helped. I saw a specialist who said only one procedure was a possibility but didn't want to do it as it could rupture my tendon. A friend at work recommended I tried oofos shoes so I ordered a pair. After wearing them for only a short amount of time I got relief from my pain. The daily pain has begun getting less and less and the only thing that has made a difference are my oofos shoes. I wish I had found them sooner as they are getting me back to where I need to be to start my sports again. I would highly recommend them for recovery.

Toe-Post snapped for under 3 months of actual use
Loved the sandals until the toe-post broke with actual wear not exceeding 3 months. Only been worn indoors. Tread can almost pass a brand new. Sent pics to Oofos to review for fair assessment. Below is what Oofos have come back with.
"Unfortunately your OOFOS has come to the end of their well-loved life and you would need to purchase as a new pair as they are no longer covered by warranty.
We recommend replacing your OOFOS approximately as often as you replace your running shoes, but that is dependent on how often you wear them. Let the tread be your guide. We do find that most customers will change out their OOFOS around every 6-8 months or when the treads on the bottom of the shoe start to wear down.
We have created a discount code for you of 10% to use on the purchase."
In my honest opinion a pair of £45 sandals should last way more than 6-8 months of actual wear. Toe-post snapping in under 3 months of actual use is poor build quality. Gave Oofos the opportunity to take responsibility for poor build quality and come to a fair conclusion. They seem to have in essence disregarded the pics to evaluate poor product quality and asked me to buy again at 10% off.
There is a bare minimum longevity a product like Oofos should live up to, especially for £45 a pair. Clearly in my case it hasn’t lived up to the expectations and for that reason I would like to change my loyalties and go with another brand.
Poor Customer service, logistics. Please send the correct size !
Well the product itself is good if you can get the right size sent to you. They sent the wrong size so I returned it to get the correct. After sometime they informed my size was out of stock. I could wait or get a refund. This was after waiting 4 months for this style to come back into stock. I said I would wait. Two day later I noticed it was back in stock on the website. I contacted oofos, no reply for days, by then it was back out of stock. They said they would get back in touch, I've heard nothing since. Very poor logistics and customer service.
Where are my shoes?!
I ordered my shoes a week ago on the U.K. website and they still haven’t been shipped. I’ve emailed 3 times and received no reply. My feet are smashed with plantar fasciitis and I’m a carer so thought it would be a worthy investment. Considering the cost, the lack of communication and absence of product this has been a horrendous service so far!
Really unhappy
Order no ORDER #34801UK Really happy with the product until the strap tore away within 2 weeks of purchase. Despite emailing the customer service fulfilment email several times I have never received a reply. After reading reviews it seems of similar non existent customer service reply; it seems like I, others are in the same boat of disappointment. I put this review on which lead to Oofos asking me to contact them on the email the company never responds to… still awaiting confirmation of what they intend to do. I would expect more from a company selling flip flops in this price range…. I won’t be buying products from this company again.

They are made of that foamy material which feels super cheap and unreliable. It's probably an off the shelf sandal from Ali-Baba that they've re-branded with sports/physio language. Avoid at all costs.

Dreadful.
Dreadful.. diagnosed with plantar fasciitis snd arthritis in both feet these flip flops have aggravated my arthritis .

Bought a pair of oofos slippers online. To my utter surprise they were without tags and internal packing was of cheap plastic bag which was not even sealed properly. It seemed like second hand slippers to me. Had wrote 2-3 emails ,but no response,they don't have any contact number. Nonexistent customer care service. It seems like I have been duped by the company. Guys please be beware while placing order with them. I was a big fan of oofos and never had any problems when I use to order them in USA. This was my first purchase of oofos since I shifted to uk.

The Oofos sliders made all the difference in the world! Every step was painful until I put these on and it was instant relief! I bought three pairs because I just don't want to ever be without them. I bought the adjustable front ones and if you have really difficult feet they can be made the right width to be comfortable. REALLY comfortable. I'd recommend them to anyone with problem feet.
Poor quality and service. BEWARE.
For the price I was paying I was expecting quality and amazing service. However, the one I received looks like it had been heavily used and re-packaged to flog off onto an unsuspecting customer. The soles look like they had been used in some sort of hiking trip over mountains. Usually a normal company would do a quick inspection before they send the product out. The fact they thought this was okay to send out baffles me and I can only surmise that they knew and was trying flog off a used product as new.
Comfy but bad service
Ordered size 9 sandals as this is my usual shoe size but they were far too big. Returned and asked for an exchange to size 8 in the same style. I was contacted to advise that this size was sold out, however when I checked the site they were available for purchase so I screenshotted this and forwarded this to customer service.
I was then told again that they were out of stock and I would have to accept a refund. I replied to ask why they were STILL showing as available on the Oofos site for purchase and if they would arrive if ordered. Customer service have now stopped corresponding with me and can’t provide a reason why they wouldn’t exchange.
It’s a shame the service was really bad because the sandals did feel great but I’m now put off purchasing from Oofos again.
