I use Opal transfer probably more than 5 years and I have been always happy with their service. I can make transfers and not to worry if the charge will be too much. The team is always very polite and friendly, if there is a problem they make sure to contact me and solve it on time.

I’ve never wrote reviews before but now I have decided to leave a good review to Opal Transfer company especially to Mitrofans who was professional very good educated employee who solved my issue promptly and efficiently with his good trained company set knowledge. Just briefly: I have sent some money to Uzbekistan to my brother’s previous registered name but for some reason my brother’s name details has changed on his new passport and he asked me to change his name from Opal Transfer in order to receive funds from Uzbekistan and when I did call the company lady on the customer service department advised me that once it has been sent to the registered names we won’t be able to change but instead we can cancel the transfer and redo it and she reminded me that I might lose money when the rates changes. I thought this is only option but instead I did try again to speak to someone luckily I got connected to Mitrofans and he took me through easy process and advised me that he will help to change names and he sent me the Beneficiary change form and I did fill out and job done and my brother collected those funds with fun easily. If I would not call again to clarify I would have end up to cancel the transfer and lose money. Many many thanks to Mitrofans that he eased my pain and stress
