Amazing, helpful, decent

Absolutely Fabulous Service from Opal transfer! I’ve been sending my money from BG bank to UK bank through.
I am very happy and satisfied with their service. They are always very helpful and service is quick and easy. The transfer is done on the same day if you call before midday. No fuss no problem no worries at all! Highly recommend! And it’s cheap!
Phone service operators are very polite and lovely. Especially Rumiana and Stefka! Thank you Opal Transfer.

I use opal tranfer from 2 years ago! It is quick and very efficient!

I use this company for a many years.I have never had a bad expirence with them.Opal company is trustable and the staff is a very friendly and professional.I recommend this company very strongly.

I started using Opal Transfer in January '23 since a long break of about 5 years. I've always had a positive opinion about the support from all the staff members, but also, the procedures and policies of the company surpass expectations! I've made a mistake with a payment and sent it twice in error. In a typical British bank, I would have had to wait 21 business days to possibly get the duplicate payment back. However, Opal transfer can fix that almost immediately!
All I want to say is that the staff are brilliant, thank you for helping me and for always explaining everything in details, and thank you for having quick, customer friendly and really efficient procedures!

If you are a glutton for punishment, you like to be humiliated, you have exhibitionistic tendencies, you like to take 6 selfies per hour (they don't mind selfies in a toilet either, so you can continue doing this whenever you want). If you have no hesitation in disclosing to strangers, private documentation, bank account statements, and credit card numbers, then Opal Transfer is made for you. Just please, do not say later that you were not warned!

I am happy that you can't find my account! (It means, at least one thing, deleting of accounts works perfectly in Opal Transfer).
After I had to take another selfie (the one taken in the toilet, which your operator finally had found satisfactory), I said, "Enough is enough." I have requested that our account must be deleted with immediate effect (btw. we were your customers for 13 years!).
From these traumatic and humiliating experiences with Opal Transfer, we want nothing to do with you. Never again!
And we will advise the same to all our friends and our clients.

Because of the attitude,
Because of Rumiana,because she is very honest,professional and know what she is doing!
Because I can speak with someone in Bulgarian language!
Because they calling me every year when is my Birthday with very nice wishes,what means every single one client is important for them and spend time for that!
Most important think why I use them is:
When I call them in the opposite side of the phone is human,not robot.(Most of the times is lovely Bulgarian women Rumiana) .
I have Revolut and I can send money cheaper then Opal,but there is I will be one of millions and with Opal Transfer I’m one who is very important for them and getting service like VIP!
Always trust them and never have a problem with Opal Transfer.

Used their service for about two years without issue and today was absolutely disappointed. First received approval for the transaction and then in couple of hours the advisors started calling and asking for more details regarding it because there was an issue. Ended up just rejecting the transaction because they couldn’t solve the problem. Waste of time.
