I have order a few dye products from them for a total of $85 from this fraudsters. The only reason I purchased cat dye from them is because they advertise themselves as being from Canada. The last thing I would want is to dye my cat with a Chinese product. I love me cat.
Chinese products are a NO NO for skin. There have been numerous cases when both, humans, and animals suffered severe chronic malformations because of use of Chinese skin products. Yes, dye, affects the skin also.
What do you know..DHL contacted me telling me a package of $45 came for me from China. I refused the package because I was waiting a $85 package from Canada. I said to myself..there can be only two possibilities:
1. Someone send me the package by mistake. Can't be! How could someone know my address.
2. I am dealing with some dropshipping scammers here. Obvious choice.
I contacted the scammers and they come up with non sense excuses like VAT is lower if they ship from China..and that they have a warehouse there. I pay the same VAT, no matter China or Canada, it's 19%.
Not only that they have the nerve to make you stupid , like in your face, but they refused to give me a refund.
If you are not familiar with dropshipping here is how the scammers operate. NOTE: This is illegal and I have already contacted the Canadian authorities.
The product is marketed as being a top tier product from a reputable manufacturing country and shipped from there.
In reality they don't even have the product. All they have is a website and they act like a middleman. What you will be getting is a low quality product from China that is overpriced, in this case 2 times more..
Once they get the money from you, they order the product from China and they give the Chinese seller your shipping address.
NOTE: This is not a plastic toy we are talking about. It arrived broke or the colour is not the same as in the photos. This is serious. Your pet could have bad skin reactions and even die from these Chinese products.
