Great experience, Open law made the whole buying process really easy. Communication was quick and informative at all times and any questions were addressed quickly and in full... I would 100% recommend them as a solicitors firm.

I need a Deed of Variation to be registered before getting a remortgage. Rachel and her team are doing their best to push it through, but it's a bit of a nightmare process. If they manage to persuade the Land Registry to get their act together before the mortgage offer expires they will get another 5 stars. So far so good......!

Agree with negative reviews. Had to reach out for updates, communication not great. We were very quick to send documents as requested which was pricey as we are sending from the States but they will not return our items to the States, they will only send to a UK address which isn't really fair as we were very quick and compliant in sending things overseas, they should do the same. Wish we had used a private, smaller firm for this transaction. If it weren't for them refusing to send our important documents back to the States, they would have received three stars.

Open Law assisted with the sale of my property and did a good job. The staff are all approachable and helpful and carried out all parts of the process as promptly as possible. Being an overseas customer, I found the online communication, document signing and exchanges very convenient and time-saving.

Absolutely awful! Never gave us an update on the sale of our property. Took much longer than it should have. Always said they’d call you back but never did. Really dragged things on. Would never recommend open law to anyone.

Very impressed with efficiency provided by staff at Slaithwaite office yesterday, providing mirror wills for self and husband under Will Aid scheme.

We were supported by Bree from Open Law who went to great lengths to professionally support our property purchase, and to ensure she remained available for any/or questions that arose from the relevant stakeholders. At all times she remained a calming influence as this was the first time we purchased though an auction format which brings about pressures and issues. I would definitely recommend and use Bree again at Open Law for future legal advice as she provides me with everything I needed.
