Absolutely horrible, been waiting for over a month! They were prompt to install routers but the rest has not been done. I canceled my service because their sales person came to my door to offer this great service. First it was 3 days then 10 here I am almost 2 months with no active service. I’m ready to just call my old provider. They told me I’ll be breaking contract and have to pay 80% off the contract. I’m beyond mad

Getting this much speed with less price, it was a simple decision and I’m glad I changed it to real fiber cable. Can’t believe that we’ve been charged expensive price for speed up to 100mbs.

Terrible company to do business with. The guy who did our install was apparently laid off for doing faulty installations. If I would’ve known the process better I would’ve not let him do it. They drilled a hole in my brick on the outside wall and left 100 foot orange cord in my flower bed for months. I have now reached out to them over five times to ask them to come remove the cord and remove the box. They have told me three times that they would come remove it but instead of removing it they buried the cord in my lawn without me even knowing. I was not even home when they came and they were supposed to remove it all. I have called two times since then to figure out what can be done and a lady named Mae in customer service has told me that she would call me back and has still not called. I am very close to hiring my own company to come remove these things. Our house is only three months old and I take great pride in what it looks like unlike this company who gives no cares about anything customer service related. That has been clear from the beginning. Please do your research and READ REVIEWS BEFORE SIGNING UP WITH THIS COMPANY! We did not do any research beforehand and I strongly regret that.

Using this for a few months now and it’s really good.
It took a while to get connected due to infrastructure issues getting the area ready for fiber but after months of waiting my 1gb up 1gb down fiber to the house is in . It is super fast and reliable . Apart from the delay in getting installed it is great.

They walk door to door here to get people to sign up in our new development.
The guys claim they do maintenance work nearby and then want you to sign up by stating "your interest", which already comes with a subscription fee (not quite what I understand as stating my interest). If they are doing maintenance work in the area, why do I need to state my interest, clearly something has been put down already otherwise no maintenance work world be needed.
When questioning the door-2-door sales guy about conditions, offerings, details of the line, he couldn't name them other than saying it's a 100/100 connection directly into our house. Now we were not born yesterday and had several technical questions, also things like what happens when the internet is unavailable, when there is a disruption and what is the percentage of reliability and if this percentage can't be reached what are the procedures/compensation, etc.pp, you get the idea. The guy literally said, there can't be disruption because it's fibre. What a stupid answer. Clearly no clue what he is selling. He then said we should just sign up and all would be in the T&C's, which he conveniently couldn't quote nor had at hand. Still happily would let us sign or lives away at the door. We run our own business, from home, without internet we would be lost. The nerve...! That alone was so dodgy, I wouldn't trust them a bit. It's particularly annoying as other fibre providers put their cables down recently, took them less than a day, none of them asked to declare interest and pay for it! It's a new development, they are clearly expecting people to be unknowing enough to fall for this. Avoid!!!

Interesting Swedish company that recently moved here to speed up the fiber roll out in London. Very nice Swedish guy came by offering me to sign up for a FREE installation. I only pay a monthly cost which was a lot lower than my current one. Internet speed is also 10 times as good.
I hope more people realize how good this is and gives them a chance. I chose to sign up.

I can’t say enough good things about this company! Friendly, efficient, and the internet service is great. I have been connected for a few months with the 1gb service with starlight, and it’s been great. I needed something Fast and reliable as I work from home. I signed regardless of what the other reviews said, and it’s actually really good. Plus I was previously only given one choice for internet service, which was spectrum. My new service is leagues better. Try it out and you won’t regret it.
Where to start... They were months behind. I talked to a tech in the neighborhood and he said within a week. A month later I still hadn't heard. I called, they never answered. I reached out to a manager responding to other people's complaints on FB, and he said he have them call me. No call, no voicemail, just a bill. They are now 5 months late. Billing me like I am a customer, and trying to charge me to cancel services they NEVER rendered. My next step is to hire an attorney and sue for harassment, theft of services, fraud, I don't know.
We just got open infra installed on Thursday July 23rd, it is now Saturday night and we have no internet. Cant seem to fix it. I was working on homework that is due Sunday by midnight. Im hoping it gets fixed before. Such an inconvenience.. I have things to turn in every week and I cannot have this happening often. Very upset right now.
Every time I call Open Infra they advice me to call my service provider instead, who always identifies that Open Infra is the problem and a few days later manages to find their failure. Avoid them if you can, sadly this is not an option for me if I want fiber. Currently paying for 500/500 but is getting 10/90 due to Open Infra.

I would give no stars if possible! I was to be up and running at the beginning of May and I have had a connection for 2 days. Open Infra cut my fiber while working on someone else’s. Fixed that and it lasted 2 days. Customer service is horrible, practically non-existent. You are lucky if you ever get a live person. The recording asks that you leave a message and they will NEVER call back. The provider is Starlight but they are the same people as Open Infra. Total Scam. I want this out of my house NOW!
Open Infra and their close pardner Starlight Fiber billed me two $79 payments before I was even installed. I paid both of them. I cancelled the installation because they do not offer land line service like promised. After considerable pressure from me they refunded one of the $79 payments. They have promised to refund the remaining $79 but for another six weeks but have not actually made the refund. Now they have blocked my phone number. I do not believe that they are honest!
Have heard negative things from others in our neighborhood, but our service was installed timely. The workers were pleasant and the service has worked much better than who we had previously. We have been very pleased with it and had no problems.
Had to call 3 times in a week just to get ahold of a sales person. Made an appointment for the next week to get the fiber installed. Sales person put the wrong address for the appointment and I had to wait another week to get the fiber installed. At this point I am over a 3 week wait. Fiber person came to install; didn’t finish the job and did not communicate that it wasn’t connected. Router person said they would be back the following Tuesday to install the router. Tuesday came and no one showed. Called customer service again just to find out that they didn’t even finish installing the fiber the previous Friday. Customer service person can’t get ahold of anyone to solve the problem. I am supposedly going to get a call first thing in the morning to get the problem solved. Won’t hold my breath. I have now gone over 3 weeks without internet due to Incompetent people and a severe lack of communication. The only people at this company that seem to know how to do their job is the help desk. Everyone else behind the scenes has no idea how to be efficient, how to communicate, and how to problem solve. This has been a VERY frustrating experience.
