The guy came on the day they ment to and did a great job.

EE ABD, the Openreach engineer, provided an excellent installation service. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire visit. He took the time to make sure everything was set up properly, helped connect all of my devices and extension points, and patiently answered any questions I had. Nothing was too much trouble, and he made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to receive such outstanding customer service, and his attention to detail and positive attitude really stood out. Thank you for an excellent job—I couldn’t be happier with the service.

Extremely pleased with my visit. I had a lovely respectful engineer named Dwayne and he came and did his job wonderfully. Dwayne called before arriving, which I appreciated! He arrived when he said he would. He talked me through each process and was pleasantly respectful. He cleaned his mess, inside and outside.He made sure the job was complete before leaving. Highly recommend him!

I am now without internet for 11 days, visits by 4 engineers, 4 hubs & still no internet though the last engineer Kevin was very helpful checked everything was working & checked the line was ok from the box in neighbouring street to hub in house but still hub number 3 not working , number 4 on its way but we are desperate as so much depends on internet . We are very old now have no phone & no internet. We just do not know what to do.

Telephoned as said when on their way, explained the work they would carry our, from start to finish. Showed where the password was for router, connected router up, etc, excellent job all round, very happy with service.

Brett, The Openreach Engineer, Was 100% Perfect In Everything He Done, And Left Me Delighted With The Fibre Installation, Unlike The Original M.J. Quinn Contractor That Turned Up, Who Clearly Didn't Want To Carry Out The Work, And Turned A Simple Process In To A Traumatic Task !!

Despite a hiccup or two previously, both BT and BT Open Reach were outstanding in rectifying the problem. In seriously challenging heat & humid conditions the engineers were excellent. Friendly and thorough in equal measure. Totally satisfied.

The comms beforehand were likewise and, overall, it was a tough job done with distinction and professionalism.

The lady who actually fitted the fibre was very professional and knowledgable. It did not take as long as I thought and there was no mess to clean up after all the drilling.

The guy from Folkestone working on behalf of Open Reach did a great job, very tidy, and even fathomed out a better cabling route than we had envisaged. Very pleased

From the moment Nathan and Ryan arrived at my property on the first day, they provided me with detailed information about the job and possible choices. It was blisteringly hot (35 degrees) on both days, but they were very efficient in using their time, worked tirelessly and did an excellent job. Despite digging up part of the lawn to bury the cable, it was restored to perfection. Digging up and restoring the crazy paving was done to a very high level. Thank you both so much, I could not fault their hard work and commitment.

Lee the installer was great, painless process. If you could just cut down the update texts it would be great, thought I'd tinnitus yesterday!

Crew arrived on time. Very polite and professional. Installation was perfect got my internet running in no time. Cleaned up after installation. Brilliant service.
