Not happy with installation of box by engineer. Did not follow my instructions. Was very lazy and wanted to do the easiest most convenient job for him instead of installing the box in a suitable location.

Poor workmanship then once you complain they use keogh solicitors another company that rips off insurance companies to increase our premiums
They make sure they client walks out with no compensation for the damage

Reliable, arrived on time and respected my property.

They came within three days of ordering and installed the fibre cable to the house. In 2 hours of the engineer arriving we had broadband operational. The engineer, from M J Quinn was very efficient, got straight to it, and worked hard throughout.

Efficient service

The engineer showed a lack of interest in our needs and requirements. He spent most of the time during the installation chatting on his phone. He made no attempt to clear up after his work

Arrived in time completed the job although it was heavy rains outside

The gentleman was very pleasant. But he left a hole in the wall,when you said this would be repaired the box is in the middle of the wall so can’t be hidden the wire out side is all over the place and left the old wire on

Today my elderly mother had the internet changed, mainly so myself and my sister can have some peace of mind with ring products installed. The young gentleman was very professional, clean and tidy. He had time for my Mum and took time to listen to her, even when she rambled a little bit. Please pass on my comments to the young man concered, he is a real asset to your company

Internet is worse. Not happy at all

appalling service. After 5 separate emails confirming my appointment asking various questions about the business premises and if I wasn't there I would be billed I drove 90miles to the address and waited from 10am until 6.01 no message no apology and just had an email the following day sending me a new appointment

A very kind and hard workkng guy. Went above a beyond.

Bang on time, listened, answered questions and did very tidy job.

Engineer was knowledgeable, helpful and did an excellent job - would highly recommend
