Operation Love isn't very loving

Operation Love isn't very loving. As a small business vendor they approached me out of their own free will and signed up for my service. They then confused me with another vendor and accused me of providing slow service. I politely explained that we had no relation to that other vendor and that the service being provided by that other vendor always takes a bit of time to provide what they had purchased from them. They never asked for a refund or anything, but then they went and fraudulently claimed that the charge from our company was unrecognized to their credit card company.

A credit card chargeback comes with a fee to the vendors, so after all was said and done Operation Love actually approached me for the sole end result of stealing $25 out of my family's pockets during a pandemic. That was so "loving."
