Frustrating at times…
I dislike getting so far in a survey and they close it saying it was popular…wasting a person’s valuable time. I also dislike virtual rewards & the fact that most apart from the virtual credit card are only valued at €10, don’t understand if you have enough reward points to get say €50 that the reward cannot be €50?

Redeeming points...a virtaul impossibility
I am constantly experiencing difficulty in redeeming my points despite a number of attempts to do so.
Also, when I do succeed (quite rare of late) the amount permitted in each virtual card is limited to €20/€30. This is a severe limitation on their subsequent useage.
