Will NEVER purchase from this store again. I bought a MacBook Pro charger based off of the information on their site and it happened to be the incorrect one. So I emailed them back to send me the correct charger along with a return label so I could return the original one, and they took FOREVER to respond. I told them 3 times I am leaving the country in less than a week (even though I had ordered the charger with more than a week left). They required me to return the first charger which I had to pay for--$11 overnight delivery. And STILL they lied about not getting the charger until after the weekend when I had already left. I told them specifically many times that if they could not get the charger to me by the time I left, then I had no need for it and they could keep the original charger and refund me for the purchase. Yet, they still sent another one the Monday AFTER I LEFT! How can someone be so incompetent?? It's like they don't even read the emails...horrible customer service!

I orderd the wrong thing and when i got it I talked to coustoumer service online. They said "no problem" and sent me the right item right away, even before Ishiped the old one back. All in all It took me 72 hours to get the right one.

Brilliant service "the best I have gotten from a Danish firm"

I went all over town looking for the screwdrivers needed to disassemble my mac when suddenly I thought to look in the package. Voila there they were and elation set in. When I arrived back home and got the bottom panel removed it was revealed a P6 pentelobe screwdriver was required for my model and so it was back to town. I was unlucky in finding what I needed but found an awkward solution in my own toolkit. It would have been a plus had the P6 pentelobe also been included in the box as the trilobe was. Overall I'm extremely pleased with the transaction and delivery efficiency and speed.
