Great experience with my OPPO find N2 Flip. Customer service has been great when asking about my warranty etc. the device itself is great one of if not the best phone I've ever owned. You don't even notice the fold in the screen. The further app support for mini apps is also great however I am saddened to see the Spotify mini app go. I changed from a Google pixel 7 pro and haven't regretted once. Audio is great and I've experienced no bugs.

Just contacted oppo to purchase a replacement 80w charger, they don't have any. Like W T F so now I can't charge my phone. This company is terrible.

phone I bet other brand like china fake phone is even better than this trash👹 oppo I bet any other 300+ money phone is even better than oppo cant even load google sometimes and can't even load google text worst brand to buy very trash not for people to buy this oppo and need to take like 10 hour to load into this website

oppo did not give me replacement even after vertical line in my phone display due to oppo update
this line has appeared on my display for the second time, and they say that we cannot make the display and give it to you after the second time line appears.
there was a dent in my phone due to an accident, hence they refused to make this display.
i have to say to oppo that it is not an accident, it does not happen in our hands but due to your update, the display of my phone has gone to the line, and you have not solved that problem.
i am feeling so regretful as to why i bought oppo's phone and i request all the phone customers to never buy oppo's phone.

Have recently purchased an oppo phone and was gutted to find my Dr Dre headphones weren't compatible with the phone even though they are with every other phone and laptop in the store except for crappy oppo devices. So now I have to spend more money on buying headphones that are compatible. Oppo were no help. And I would not buy again.

One of the useless service oppo. I bought an earbuds of oppo and after using six month it stopped working. The value of earphone was 49.55 euro.when it went to care center their technician said you have to pay 111 euro for repair. When i heared i laughed and told them does it make sense. Oppo said we took it out of waranty . I said how is it possible even its not completely six months .

I suggest to do not buy product from them.

I have never had a worse phone. Oppo phones are terrible. I got top model less than 12 months ago. Runs slow. Camera is rubbish. To not ever buy one of these phones.

Oppo phones despite being budget friendly have lost with other budget phones. I just don't understand why they can't offer a more attractive smartphone that can compete with other budget option

My Oppo cph2271 smartphone was only just okay at first, crappy and not good at all. After each 'update' the performance just got progressively worse. Now it's really bad. As far as I'm concerned it is truly a lousy worthless absolute piece of junk and I will not buy any Xaomi product ever again. I feel cheated.

I've hated this phone since I got it. I can't believe I'm still using this piece of ridiculous "technology" to write this. It's not user-friendly in any way and an awful purchase. I don't ever write reviews but I honestly feel people should be warned. Oppo needs to go.

I had the first phone for a month then started cutting off in the middle of a call for no reason. They replaced it and one month later same problem, also its so sensitive to answering, if you touch the wrong part it goes blank. Won't be purchasing another one.

When my phone tells me an update is available I always update. I went to 14 from 13 and now I have no screencast. I use this constantly. Help centre tried 5 attempts the said send it interstate for repairs because update was faulty. They would not say if all data and files would be lost, or how long it would take, just "we understand this is inconvenient"
In this day and age I'm sure a patch could be emailed to me. No more OPPO phones for me.

Mande mi reno 6 pro a areglar que se jodio la placa base se apago de repente y no pasaba del modo recoveri me dijeron que 15 dias laborables lo tendria de vuelta han pasado mas de 2 meses y todavia no se nada del mobil lo unico que me queda para hacer reclamar con ocu y poner una denuncia que despues de tanto tiempo no se nada de mi vien. En mi vida comprare esta marca mas y no la recomiendo si quereis pasar estresados todas las semanas compraros un oppo esa deberia ser la pubilicidad. Que ya es una pesadilla lo que se tardaria en arreglar 3 horas por lo aue me dijeron en tiendas de reparacion ellos tardan mas de 2 meses despues de esos mas de 2 semanas desde que dicen que ya esta areglado y sigo sin recibiendolo.

Most unbelievably ignorant company iv had the miss pleasure of dealing with. Had my phone for weeks for repair, numerous emails to get a status on what's happening and all have been ignored. No reply, nothing. Complained and still nothing, tried the online chat and never connects, dispute been next in the queue. Disgusting way to treat customers!

Most expensive phone I've bought & the worst I e ever experienced. Says it's 5g but I've yet to see it!

The phone works great but HUGE big but....it causes immediate and severe heat in my hand joints and bad stiffness in hand joints when using it to txt or type.
I would absolutely not put this phone to my head.
This is a totally new experience for me. It never happened to me using cheap Wiki,iPhone or several other phones. Phones are supposed to operate safely despite using so called low power microwave.
I'll have to switch to using laptop when possible for texting via What's app etc
