I confirm everything written here. Shipping is not free. It does not take two or three days but a month. In the case of complaints, they tell you to use the order cancellation, where the shipping is paid but it should be free. Emails are answered by a bot that always says the same thing. It's the same on TrustPilot. I do not recommend it!

I ordered lenses with 48-72 h delivery. Notified the next day that they weren’t in stock and it would be 11 days until they arrived at their office. I requested a refund as that’s too long and they refused.

UPDATE. On 24th July the faulty sunglasses were delivered back to me, the parcel hadn't been opened, there was a spanish sticker on saying 'not claimed' so assume would not accept the parcel. Emailed customer services who say to send them again as they had not received them. I said they had received them but wouldn't accept the parcel and sent a photo of the return sticker with their address on. Not replied to my last email.
Purchased Ray Ban sunglasses for my daughter's special birthday. Arrived faulty (raised mark on lens). Asked for return half hour after delivery. Was given return address and had to pay £8.45 to return. I complained that I should be reimbursed for postage as goods were faulty and told I didn't advise them within 48 hours which was not the case. Glasses posted back on 13th June but after emails to customer services they have not received them back so I have had no refund. I am out of pocket by £109 and don't have any sun glasses. Terrible company please do not make my mistake by ordering from them.

The order was delivered and I haven't received any returns. I wrote to you several times by email, but was given the date my order was dispatched, so your agent

I then called you 3 times, but nobody picked up. I wrote to you on Instagram, ditto. I made a return request on the site, but it has been 4 days since my request was validated. It took them 4h to reply on Trustpilot while they still haven’t replied to my multiple emails since last week. Avoid

Ordered a pair of Raybans for my holiday, too slow didnt come in time. Then they shipped me the entirely wrong glasses! So sent them back, for them to ship ANOTHER wrong pair! Then tell me I didn't order from them, I ordered from someone else? Now I've sent them back at £20 cost, and awaiting my refund. Will never order from these again and heed this warning. Its not worth the hassle.

I purchased two sports glasses for playing volleyball from this Óptica-Óptima, and in one of them the temple became detached from the frame during the game. I reported this to the optician, attaching a photo of the glasses, and the very next day I was informed that the store employees had ordered the same glasses from the manufacturer of these glasses to replace mine. After they received the glasses from Oakley and from me, the optician sent me new ones under warranty. I am grateful to the optics and Oakley for their help and care for their clients.

I read all of the bad reviews about sunglasses not actually being in stock after you order and decided that the discount was worth it, and I'd go ahead and place an order. Purchased Miu Miu sunglasses for £141 that sell for around £340 everywhere else. Shortly after the order had gone through and they'd taken my money I received an email to say the sunglasses were not in stock and would take 3-4 weeks to be delivered. I was offered the chance to cancel my order and get a refund, but I said I would wait... The sunglasses did NOT take 3-4 weeks. I ordered on 29 Feb 2024 and they did not arrive until 18 May 2024!!! I was emailing on a weekly basis asking for an update and while my emails never went unanswered they were not prompt with replies and they were useless at providing any actual update. They weren't able to contact the manufacturer and ask for an update, it was very much just a "you'll get them, when you get them" situation. I had asked Optica if when they posted them they could mark them as a "gift" for customs so I didn't get stung with extra charges and they wouldn't do this. So when they eventually did arrive I got messages from FedEx saying I'd have to pay extra charges (about £40/£50 can't remember exactly.) The good news is that the sunglasses were the correct ones I had ordered- seen a lot of reviews saying Optica sent the wrong ones- and I am really happy with them. Even with the additional customs charge they're still cheaper than retail but for all the stress of this purchase, the useless customer service and the super long lead time I would probably just pay full price next time rather than order again.

DO NOT PURCHASE!! I ordered Versace sunglasses after seeing positive reviews I had been wanting these sunglasses and I knew what they looked like on. After arriving I was skeptical that these were authentic something just seemed off so I ordered the same pair locally and my suspicions were correct the gold colour was off the lens’s was thicker. I immediately contacted them to return item at my own expense which cost me $50.00AUD to then be told upon arrival to them that if I wanted my money back I would need to pay 40.00 Euros custom fee or item would be returned. I explained to her the item was not authentic and even offered her proof she did not care she ignored everything I said which is a redflag clearly they know. These guys are scammers!!!!

This company is a disgrace, do not use them under any circumstances. They shipped me a product that wasn’t right. I paid vast sums for import duty, then vast sums to ship back, they didn’t accept it and now it’s coming back to me. They have reneged on everything they agreed in writing and now are just ignoring us and not communicating. I’ve wasted over 500 euros for nothing, they’re completely unresponsive and do not care. DO NOT EVER BUY FROK THEM.

I bought a pair of sunglasses from Optica Optima. They charge the money from my credit card immediately after purchase, like they should.
But next day they told me that they didn't have the sunglasses and they can't deliver sunglasses for me.
Then I asked to refund. They told me that the refund will last 14 days!!
They sell thing they don't have and they hold my money for two weeks. That's not fair. They should be more careful and manage the stock better before charging the money from customer.
