Bought 2 pairs of sunglasses, one pair they said not possible to deliver.
So I asked them to send the pair they have and it went well.
But no money returned, I needed to ask them to return money for the pair they did not send. The sunglasses was 169 euro, but they returned me only 135 euro.
I have in already several mails tried to explain them about this wrong calculation.

I bought a pair of sunglasses for £40 total cost £44.47 including shipping. UPS turned up to delver the item but with an unexpected invoice for me to pay for £69.80 relating to TAX and duty. I refused to take the parcel realising there must be an error, assuming it would be easily rectifiable. I then spent weeks emailing and phoning both companies (I am not exaggerating) and now finally have proof that Optica Optima sent UPS somebody elses invoice in addition to mine for £211.11 hence the high cost of duty and tax. The second invoice is for someone called Rebecca at a completely different address and nothing to do with me at all! Optica Optima have admitted no liability and have offered no help other than suggest I speak to UPS. I find myself out of pocket for the sunglasses (which have been returned because this has taken so long to investigate) and with a unpaid invoice in my name from UPS for £69.80. I am potentially £114.27 out of pocket for something I didn't even receive and is not my fault! Optica Optima have been extremely unhelpful and don't seem to care. I await a response to my emails requesting for either a full refund and for them to pay the UPS invoice, or for them to send me the item I have paid for with correct shipping invoices and to pay the UPS invoice relating to their cock up. However it seems they've got their money and that seems to be that. I regret buying from them and advise everyone else to stay way.

They CHARGED me £40 Import fee for RETURNING an item !!! (Not including the fee for returning it) Repeat RETURNING an item not for its actual delivery !!!!!!! Returning the sunglass ended up costing me over £60 to send back !!! THINK ABOUT IT.
The .co.uk website still means it comes from SPAIN. THe Spanish customer service is unlike the UK , they do not communicate warmly.
As i said the customer service is very COLD and UNHELPFUL. I seriously I implore you to THINK about buying from this company- they are not a good company to buy nor deal with. 100% the worse company I've ever purchased from. Its be a very big LESSON. and not a good one.

I walked into 3 locations before I decided to do business with Optica Optima in Quesada. The professional approach was evident right from the start; When I was scheduled for an appointment, they took me right on the spot. Very persuasive but not intrusive staff with whom I spent as much time as was necessary. When I got my glasses, I had trouble working on the computer so I went back to the store to discuss it. They measured the lenses again and we figured out that they needed to be redone. I forgot to mention that I only asked for the lenses the first time because I wanted to keep the old frame. When redoing the lenses, I decided to pick one of the store's frames. To my great surprise there was no charge for a new frame and new lenses. I am happy with my new lenses and a very comfortable frame that I spent a bit of time choosing what I would like. There was a lot of patience and guidance. And one last thing; I went back to the store yesterday to ask if I could buy another eyeglass case as the hinges no longer clicked. I really believed and was ready to buy a new one. No, I got a brand-new case! I recommend Optica Optima without blinking an eye ;)

1. They take money when they have no stock
2. Make you wait until they purchase stock
3. You will get an import duty of approx £50 at your door when they are delivered
4. They sent me incorrect product
5. They expect me to return via a dhl office they will not organise collection
6. THEY SHOUJD SEND THE ORDER I PAID FOR AND COLLECT THE INCORRECT ORDER AND ENSURE I AM NOT CHARGED IMPORT DUTY AGAIN.
7. They respond on here saying please contact customer services with your order ref. IVE CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICES ON A DAILY BASIS SINCE ORDERING MY GOODS MONTHS AGO

I placed my order back on 14-02-2024 and the shipping time was two days and since then im writing them to share me the local courier tracking number, or if they can tell the order is been dispatched from their end .. but there's no proper response from their end and now I'm worried if the site is even legit or not

Recently I ordered sunglasses that could not be provided in the end because they were sold out.
I immediately received an email about the situation and was given the choice of getting another one or my money back. I chose the latter one because I only wanted this one model, and had my money back in no time. I think they are trustworthy, many thanks to them!

I was a bit suspicious after reading a few reviews here and there but that was not my case at all. I’m still blown away with the sunglasses, not to mention the price, communication and shipping time. 10 out of 10. I cannot say how much I recommend it (if you’re living in the EU country go for it, I’ve placed the order on Tuesday afternoon and received it on Friday).

Be careful when purchasing sunglasses from this website! You’ll be paying import tax which is approx £44 plus when you want to return sunglasses postage would be at your own cost plus you will be again charged the tax of €66 which they will deduct from your refund. So you’ll end up paying £100 extra which is ridiculous so please read carefully when buying from this website.

The item i was looking for is very cheap on this store. In germany it is 250€ and here it is 180€. I wanted to give it a try. I placed my order on tuesday afternoon and my item arrived on wednesday by noon. It was a very fast delivery all the way from spain to germany. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I am deeply disappointed with the lack of customer service I have experienced with Optica-Optima company. I purchased a pair of eyeglasses on 27/04/2023, and within a few months of use, a hinge on one of the arms broke while wearing it without applying any extra force on it, making the eyeglasses unusable.
I have sent multiple emails to postventa(at)optica-optima.com, info(at)optimaloptic.com & info(at)otticaottima.com detailing the issue, attaching photos for clarity, but I have not received a single response (only auto responce email with ticket number). This level of disregard for customers is both frustrating and disheartening. As a consumer, I expect a basic level of communication and support, especially when facing issues with a product I purchased.
It is disappointing to see a company ignore its customers' concerns in such a manner.
now I checked all complaints here which have one star rating, I found taht Optica-Optima "Customer Support" is pasting the same reply to all of them with "Please contact us at info(at)otticaottima.com", don't waste your money and time buying from such companies.
Hope it helps some one out there.
