DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company, first of all and in line with all the bad reviews is that they IGNORE any and all emails. They only respond LATE if you write on their webpage. Seems there is a modus operandi, it happened to me as well, saying DHL tried to deliver but we were not there and they returned it, FALSE, we were here, DHL never shows up. What happens is, you order, you pay, once they have the pay secure they ship your item, then recall the shipment to DHL. I had to pay import taxes and no one will pay that back. Be aware also with PAYPAL, they seem to be with them, I had several pages where clearly Paypal is on their side not yours. I am awating my refund. Paypal says once the seller confirms items received they will credit me back, and that is the issue, will this scammers acknowledge receipt ? and when ?. With Paypal you are at their mercy, I can not place a chargeback as the funds were taken from my checking account. Also I see this company has set web pages locally in many countries. Last but not least, the sunglasses I ordered are half the price than in name stores, there is no way these people can sell at this price meaning this are counterfeit items.
I was looking every where for the Valentino VA4053 501113 and could not find them anywhere. My niece lost the first pair I bought her while on vacation. I stayed up for hours trying to find her a new pair because my daughter told me how upset she was. I ordered and was skeptical because of the reviews. It came sooner than I thought and they were perfect. I surprised my niece when she came back from her vacation and she could not believe I Had found them because she said she looked all over the internet as well. I will definateley order from this site again.

So, I made the order thinking is was a good deal, I was wrong, it was a GREAT deal, I read the reviews and was seriously worried but despite an original email saying the item was out of stock they arrived 48 hours later, boxed, wrapped and in good order. I am very very impressed. Maybe others were unlucky but to get my Maui Jim’s for the price I paid is fantastic.

Avoid this company at all costs.
Ordered sunglasses and incorrect ones arrived. No way to get in touch with them and emails go ignored. Only thing they appear to reply to is bad reviews.

After reading reviews after I had bought the sunglasses I was worried I would never receive them. However they turned up two days later very well packaged and exactly what I ordered. Would recommend this company!

This is major fraud! They took my money for ordered sun glasses, than claimed that thay do not have them any more, keept my money and delivery charges, than delivered glasses 2 weeks latter (was not at the hotel any more) and now they want me to pay additional 20 Euros for delivery and rerurn?!@!?!@! Or month latter they will eefund me but will take me 20 Euros for late delivery!!#$!@!@!!! Horrible store with rude customer support employees

I’d put 5, but put 1 point way for the website that is slowing down.
Don’t believe bad reviewers, of course delivery is going from Spain and it takes longer time. But the prices in comparison to that in Germany, Austria for the same glasses are just incredibly different!

Placed my order, they took payment, they then said they didn't have the glasses I ordered, I asked for a refund, a few days later the WRONG glasses turned up. I then had to return the glasses and wait 2 MONTHS for them to refund the money to my card. The whole process has been a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE and now I'm back where I started 3 months ago, no sunglasses, just hours and hours of my time wasted.

1) the store has a weak account security system, please improve it
2) They answer questions quickly
3) lack of tracking information due to lack of access to the Customer's account
4) the goods arrived after 10 days - no tracking number
5) high quality original goods - well packed
6) please do not read dishonest reviews that the store is fake or a scammer. Goods are shipped after 7-14 days.
Please invest in a good IT specialist and improve the Internet Customer service.
7) The parcel arrived according to the delivery address.
At this price, it is worth shopping with you and I will gladly return to your store.

I made an order but then I decided to check Optica Optima's trust pilot reviews out of interest. When I saw the really bad/shocking reviews I became worried that I would never see the sunglasses that I ordered, and I had thrown my money away.
I am very happy to say, and pleasantly surprised that the sunglasses were delivered with 48 hours, all the way from Spain!!! Companies can't even guarantee 48 hour deliveries within the UK LOL. They are exactly as advertised and I am VERY pleased with this purchase.
For those who have trouble tracking your orders, all you need to do is click on your order summary link in your confirmation email and then review the details on their web page. It is not the clearest webpage but you should be able to find a tracking number which is hyperlinked to the courier's website. They really could make this more prominent.

Ordered a pair of sunglasses a few days ago. They were 40 pounds cheaper than on other websites so I was a bit cautious. Decided to read reviews many of which were negative and it sent chills down my spine as I have already ordered them before taking a look at the reviews. I receiced my pair today, took about 7 days (5 business days) to deliver (Scotland) because I ordered right before the weekend (they dont deliver on weekends). The glasses are great, absolutely love them! The only explanation I can think of for all the unsatisfied reviews is that people didnt check whether glasses were in stock or got sent the wrong pair. 4 stars because unfortunately, not 48 hour delivery as promised

So upset!!
I should have read all the bad comments here first before buying! It is not clearly stated that extra fees will apply(air/duty) anyway i paid that - thats not my issue. My issue is that i spend almost £400 on 2x sunglasses and they both arrived scratched(lense and temple) of course i was upset, we all know that if a lense is scratched you cant use it as its bad for your eyes. I have emailed them several times to return them first they said yes, will be free of charge, you need to print smth and attach it in ur bag. No reply eversince,i have emailed so many times they just ignore me. Tried calling too-no answer.. I am really really upset as i just want to return them, now i am stuck with faulty items i wont ever use...

After advertising a pair of glasses available in 24 to 48h,they take you money then send you an email saying that it's out of stock. Then when u manage to get in touch via social media they send you a fake e mail for a refund. The e mail bounce back and doesn't work. Total thieves and scammers. Do not have anything to do with them.

Their products aren't actually in stock. They are backordered with no estimated delivery date. Customer service won't reply. I doubt I will ever get the product I ordered or get a refund.
