I ordered some Maui Jim sunglasses and they were delivered to me in the UK within a week! They were out of stock but they managed to get them from the supplier and then ship them via DHL quickly. Support was also very responsive on chat.

Absolutely amazing service!! I ordered Saturday from the UK and the sunglasses arrived on Tuesday lunch time by FedEX. After reading a couple of negative reviews I was a little anxious about the delivery timescale but they were here well before I expected them to be. Will definitely order from this company again!

Update- reply to their reply Sept 25: as I said I already picked them up after driving 20 minutes. If you want a reference number all you have to do is answer your WhatsApp and email messages I already sent you more than a week ago.
Update: Received the glasses. I had to go to the other city to pick them up. They were in great condition and exactly what I ordered. But I still haven't heard back from customer service.
Original: I ordered a pair of glasses from them on Wednesday. I chose a pick up location next to me to be environmentally friendly. I get a message the next day to pick up from a different city 20 minutes away. I call the courrier number on the message and the lady says that this is the office. after arguing for 10 minutes she says that she will send to proper address. Then all communications is lost. Cannot call number again as it disconnects. I then tried to reach Optica and they send me to whatsapp then to email no answer on phone and no one replies to anything. If you don't believe me, try calling them on the number on their webpage.

Awful customer service provided when enquiring more about the return policy the lady I spoke to ignored genuine questions and replied with irrelevant information in regards to the questions being asked. Would not recommend.

Don’t trust this shop. I bought a Spy sunglasses, then y received an email telling me it was out of stock and to contact them to exchange for a different item. I looked on the website and found that the same item I ordered was in fact in stock, but for £20 more. I contacted them and they would not honour the price they had sold to me. After ignoring my messages for several days, they have eventually agreed to a refund but told me it will take 14 days. Not what you would expect from an online retailer - avoid them!

I was very nervous after I ordered and then read the reviews / IG comments which were all really bad. BUT I had the best experience! Better price than a lot of other websites, great brands, quick and seamless delivery. Really happy and would recommend.

I got the tracking code, the item should arrive until the end of 22.08.2023. Let's see, I will update my review once I get the sunglasses.
Order Nr. PEECFKVWZ. Ordered a pair of sunglasses on 16.08.2023, it was mentioned that it's available fast delivery (24-48 hours) for this specific product. Unfortunately it's 21.08.2023 and I still don't have the sunglasses or even a tracking code. The customer support is not answering phone calls and emails are responded with generic answer without help. Optica-Optima, I would ask you to send the order right away, or fully refund me, otherwise I will fill a complain at the police station, because of the fraud.

Really bad customer service. Ordered sunglasses over a week ago stil processing... Tried sending email no answer in 4 days, tried calling every day no answer... dont seem to care about customer and i am afraid that i got scammed... Would not recommend ordering from this place... If you know the glasses fit you this shop does brands for less.
However, they have no return depot in the UK so if you have to return anything, you pay £10+ for tracked delivery back to Spain. PLUS mine has been stuck "in transit" in Spain for over a month.
I asked for a refund on the basis of the proof of postage and detailed tracking info, but they refused to refund until the item arrives. UK stores refund on the basis of proof of postage and tracking details.
Update: I got in touch with customer services as requested below and they repeated what they said before. Further waste of time.
I will now have to put a claim in for Royal Mail. All of this is so much more hassle than it’s actually worth. Just pay more for your glasses from a U.K. seller or use Edel Optics in Germany who have comparable prices and super efficient returns.

I ordered 4 pairs of sunglasses in June. Two were out of stock and I was given the option of refund. I am still waiting for the refund. I have asked for updates and been told its been passed to the relevant department and still not heard anything.

I was a little bit skeptical reading the reviews, but my sunglasses came very fast. I ordered Saturday night and received them already Wednesday morning. I got also all updates by email.
The price was also very good comparison to off line shops.

This is a scam! I ordered glasses that were listed at available on their website, and after they took my money I received an email that my glasses were out of stock. I was asked whether I wanted a refund or another model, and I asked for refund! They sent me an email that they have refunded my sunglasses on the 29 June 2023. It's been a month from then, and I have not received my money back, and they no longer reply to my emails! It is not possible to call them as they NEVER answer the phone. I was tricked. This is horrible service, scamers who keep answering to keep you longer thinking that you may get what is your and then they dissapear. I sent an email many times to the email you provided, but no reply! maybe you should really take it seriously, because I am about to take an action.

I got the wrong glasses and when I asked to send the right one they said that they need to ship back the wrong one and I wait until they receive it , after that they will ship the right one.
Very cheap customer service and solutions, other companies they leave the mistaken order as a Compliment (as sorry) and they ship the other one immediately.
