It’s a scam - don’t do it

I initially invested AUD $370. Within 5 months my investment in grown to over AUD $40K. They gave me a choice of investing a further $10K, or closing my account. I didn’t have a spare 10K to invest, so I chose to close the account. That’s when the closing fees came in. I had to pay multiple flees from an Initial closing fee, Government Stamp Duty, currency conversion fees, trading fees, and additional fees to Elbaite - the equivalent of AUD $16,500. I had no money for the final two fees and they convinced me get a loan because once I got my money from Elbaite I would be able to pay my loans back straight away. That was a week ago, and I still don’t have my money, and now in debt to a broker and my family. Last checked they wanted even more money to close my account.

Opticapital is a total fraud since I…

Opticapital is a total fraud since I started with them 4 weeks ago. It lures you to put in more money than published minimum for the claim to get good buying position. It shows you a balance that makes you think you make quick and large sums after a few days. When you want to withdraw, they make it very difficult, asking 20% of balance as up front fee in order to start the liquidation. After I paid this fee, they said they transferred the fund through blockchain back to me but there is a 15%fee to be paid up front to block chain and can not be deducted from transfer amount so I have to pay from pocket. Once I paid, they claimed block chain blocked that fee as it is suspected fraud and was frozen and I have to pay again from a different bank to trigger the release. After I paid the third time, they said it has rejected and the fund will return to me the next bank day but since the process started, I have to do a fresh payment of the 15%fee or I lost the whole amount. It is just a scam to lure people to pay more and more. I am very stupid to have failed for it. I have lost over US$200k in 4 weeks. I bring it out here to hope no more people will be victims of them anymore.

When you telle them that the article in the paper is fake suddenly the atmo changes. You ask to be repaid. Doesn't work. They ask for number bankaccount. Doesn't work. After 3 weeks you suddenly do not hav access to your acct or even the website. No refund after 1 month.

THIS IS A SCAM

THIS IS A SCAM. THEY WILL TRY AND REMOTE CONTROL YOUR PC!!

There is no reason a "broker" needs to do that. All they do is transfer the crypto from your wallet to their own and then fake a dashboard to show you your "incredible returns" (which in NO way mirror what the market is doing).

So far they have been using opticapital.com (which was shut down), then they moved to opticapital4.com (which is now shutdown) and I see the opticapital5.com domain is waiting to be used.

Also you do not need a broker to trade crypto!

Scammers first class!!

Scammers first class!!! Unlicensed brokers/ no disclaimer!
As soon you pick up the phone your here a tape with callcenter background noise. Then a slick starts talking, and tells you an amazing story: on how rich you can become and how good they are in learning you this. As soon you pay them you loose your money. The moment you stop investing they keep calling you asking your bank credentials for a refund...

Opticapital

Opticapital, with Rick on the other end of the line, has told me that my initial investment had doubled so far. He suggested that I invest another $10000 and that I would be insured against any losses for a month. I told him to put my trading account on automatic for the time being, and he said ok, and hung up.

Don't bother

The company could improve by actually communicating back with me I opened an account with 200 climbed to 290 my account manager seems to have disappeared I can't access my account or the website, unable to email the support team unable to call as number doesn't exist I just want my money back and close the account but can't and don't no who to contact.
So I would suggest this reviews are made up and it's another scam centre!

Don't trust this company with 1 single dollar of any currency!!

Trustpilot needs to review the ratings system as this company is clearly a scam. They are unregulated, they do not provide withdrawals as requested and aggressively push for additional funds if you do try make a withdrawal and then stop communicating once you they know you are on to them. Zero stars if I could give one.

A Scam?

Opticapital seemed ok until a guy called Rick was constantly ringing me out of the blue with the goal of me investing more money. After 8 days. Is this just another scam?
