Very swift

Very swift, high quality service, the product was delivered exactly how it was described on their website. Very happy with my purchase and same Persol glasses were selling for at 30 percent higher price on high street

I had ordered sunglasses at the…

I had ordered sunglasses at the beginning of May. 13 days later I emailed and I asked for an update, as going by reviews they won’t be issued for a long period of time. I got an email back they assured me they would be delivered by the 14 working days mark. 15 working days later I emailed for an update and they stated they had been delivered to them from supplier and they will be processed for dispatch. A few days later I received no tracking email or update online, again a few days later I emailed and they stated again they were just received and would be processed for dispatch to me. Then a few days later I emailed again, and they have now said there was an issue with the frame so they had to return it and I would get it within a week. On all occasions I asked for a refund as I no longer wanted the order and have still not received the refund, just more excuses which have been different on each email they have sent me. Something is seriously bad with this company and can’t be trusted. Seems the reasons have been common going by reviews here! Bad experience

Unbelievable

Last Tuesday 19th cancelled the item (0485855) , they told me 3-5 working days refund will be processed … today is Alredy second Tuesday and still nothing. just received email from them : today is only a second day of the refund ! they don't understand themselves, they say. It was a mistake to order something from them … Never again ! I have no trust at all .

Great support with amendments to order

Great support with amendments to order, this was resolved quickly without delay to delivery date . I am glad I didn’t had to reorder and cancel to get my issue fixed like other companies do, but quick conversation over the phone was great and helpful for the issue I have encountered

If you're looking for quick delivery

If you're looking for quick delivery, please avoid this company at all costs. I ordered my sunglasses on 30 April and I’m still waiting for them. There has been little to no communication regarding the delay, which is extremely disappointing. Overall, a very frustrating experience and not the level of service I expected.

Ordered sunglasses over 3 weeks ago

Ordered sunglasses over 3 weeks ago, they told me 5 to 14 working days, then on the 14th working day after chasing them every day for a week they finally said there would be a further 2 to 4 week delay.

Ordered from another website in the end and received glasses in 3 days.

Poor communication, awful customer experience, I just want my money back now and won’t use them again.
