Customer service helped greatly.
I incorrectly ordered the wrong contacts. Called customer service and they helped completely. They shipped a portion of the correct contacts so I could immediately have contacts to wear. Then shipped out the remaining boxes once I received the original incorrect boxes. Both calls to customer service helped with long explanations. I give OptiContacts customer service 5 stars.

The shipping was SO fast, and ordering was incredibly easy! I had been playing phone tag with my doctor’s office for three weeks trying to order contacts.
