placed a order on the 18/5/26
placed a order on the 18/5/26. got a email saying it would be delivered by DPD in 1 to 2 days login to my optics acc and it says i have no orders phoned and was told to phone back the following day if i had not heard from DPD check the tracking number with dpd and it says they have my order number but they do not have the package phoned up again today Thursday and was told to phone back Friday tomorrow with no explanation on why its not left there factory yet
spoke to some one Friday and was told to wait while
Tuesday as it could of been taken by royal mail by mistake he was very helpful and so we will see what happened over the next day or so
spoke to Adi on Friday and was to to phone him Tuesday but it had still not arrived but as he had told me royal mail may have pick it up by mistake and sure that was the case which was not the fault of optics warehoused so have my new scope thank you Adi how i found to respectful, helpful, and precise on the information he supplied so thank you very much Adi great job

A Summary of Recent Experiences
I've had several recent experiences with this company. I've bought 3 scopes, 2 new and 1 previously owned. I've also traded-in 2 scopes, a Garmin 701 Ballistic location device. Additionally I'm currently trading-in two high end bipods and a monopod. Purchase prices and trade-in prices were all fair. They did decline my offer to trade-in 3 'no name' brand scopes on the basis that there wasn't much in the deal for either party, which was also fair. Clearly I've liked doing business with this company and will continue to do so. Just one further thing to add, be patient when waiting for a response to your offerings for trade-in.
