Unreliable & late delivery

My order was supposed to be delivered Dec 15, now it’s changed to Dec 24. This is unacceptable for Christmas cards, no point sending that late. I’m so upset & disappointed. Waste of money. Not reliable, never ordering from optimal print again.

Poor Delivery Service. Mediocre quality.

I was looking for an alternative to Vistaprint and found Optimal Print. Good Christmas card selection and easy to customize. The estimated delivery date was perfect however according to the tracking information on purolators website, my order was received by purolator AFTER the estimated delivery date. Quality of the photos on the cards was okay, seemed a bit pixelated/downgraded. Order #35698552.

Didn’t arrive in time.

I ordered these on December 10th and they were supposed to arrive on the 15th or 16th. After paying $20 for shipping, it now says that they’ll arrive on December 24th. Hardly worth it to even send out at that point and I’m disappointed before they’ve even arrived. I recognize that I ordered late but I was waiting on photographer photos and she had a death in the family so I scrambled to use a random photo so that I’d still get them out in time. Overall just upsetting.

Worst experience ever

Ordered 10 holidays card on Dec 6, it is Dec 19 still didn't receive them. There is no real person to talk to, just bod telling me each day it will be delivered today. The tracking shows me, the order is in Ontario for last week. I am in Vancouver. I found out this company is in Norway. I would never place the order if I knew they are not local. I had an impression I was ordering this through Staples Canada. Bod told me to get in touch with them if I don't get them delivered by Dec 30!!!! We paid professional photographer to have beautiful cards to be send to Europe to family. Even if I get them today, doubt it, it will never arrive to Europe on time. WORST company and customer service ever!!!!! How hard it is to print and deliver 10 cards!!!!! DO NOT use them unless you are ordering 2 months ahead. So furious!

The package arrived the afternoon after my mom funeral happened making the shipment useless.

I reached out to customer service and paid extra money for rush shipment and it did. It arrive on time.

I would leave zero stars if I could

I would leave zero stars if I could. Absolutely the worst company to deal with. There’s no way to even chat with a real person and their system is completely screwed up. They kept emailing me saying there was a button at the bottom of the email with talk to agent feature, and it was never in the email. Not sure what kind of game they’re playing. I will never order from this shit show again and just hope I can find some way to get a refund.

This has been the worst website I have…

This has been the worst website I have ever used. It’s been 3 weeks since my first order, and I am still waiting! The first order was apparently lost but I received an email that it was shipped! Couldn’t find any tracking information! As a as customer, there is only an AI generated response! Very frustrating! Apparently the order is shipped but cannot find in the system! Will never use again!!!

Both Frustrating and Beautiful - Per your request,

The end product was beautiful, but the process was quite frustrating. This is what made it difficult:
- No option to actually speak live to an agent. The AI was unable to answer a question.
- The shipping charge of $18 was a shock because I had read “Free shipping” not knowing it was only for Optimal Plus people. It was very misleading, especially because the ad had a small letter “p”
above my choice of Christmas cards which I interpreted as “in addition to”.
- I did not understand my option “Fix or Ignore” when I thought my project was completed. I was told of “errors”, but not told where they were. I read and re-read to look for mistakes, but could not find them.

Impressive Turn around

We did Christmas cards with Optimalprint this season. It was easy to design from templates and make any changes we wanted. Reasonably priced with lots of numbers options. We only needed 25 and It was not an issue. We ordered on dec 10 and they were delivered to my front door by Dec 16 They came in less than a week at a busy time of the year. Very impressed.

Lost Photo books

I recently purchased two photo books for Christmas gifts. I ordered them on the 7th of December with the delivery date scheduled for December 11th. I thought wow great, that’s a quick turnaround time! But I was wrong.
As the week went on, there were no updates on the tracking. The AI chat told me to wait until the 15th to see if anything would change. Unfortunately they did not arrive.
I finally got ahold of a live agent who informed me that the books were made, handed to their delivery service and then ‘lost in transit’..The new delivery date is now December 26-29th for remakes.
The fact that this was not caught sooner isn’t good and now that there are two photo books out there with my entire family in them ‘lost’ is worrisome.
Overall very sad they will not be here for Christmas and wish there was a better option to get hold of the company faster to resolve issues in a timely manner.

Waste of money

I can't believe there's no quality check before and after the printing, a real joke,i bought this sweatshirt for a gift to my daughter and now i end up with something useless,not recommanding this company, should of check on trust pilot before doing business with them,bad reviews on trust pilot
