Different Delivery Dates, not accurate

Hi,

This is with regards to Order Number 21576541 which was placed yest, 14th March 2022. I had purchased the photobook as I thought it would arrive much earlier as stated on the website 19-20 March if I ordered before midnight. But after submitting my order yest, I received the order confirmation email stating that the estimated delivery is now 21-22 March. I cannot accept this as I need my item by this week 19 march

Photobooks

Whilst the quality of the product is very good, I find the pricing very high! It seems to get quite alot more expensive each year that I use it. I will likely shop around the next time I want to create my annual family photobook.

The photo album was very amazing I love…

The photo album was amazing. I love the prints and I was impressed that I received my order before the promised date. The only part I was unhappy was I only managed to send my order in after my 3rd time. I spent at least 1.5hrs to sort and edit but it did not go through and this happened twice and I almost gave up. Luckily, I tried one more time and it went through smoothly and by then I missed out some pictures that I really wanted to add initially. It's ok I am happy with the end product ☺.

Different Delivery details

Hi, I just placed my photo book order yesterday evening 6th. The estimated delivery dates is misleading. Your product details and home page shown that est. delivery date on 11 jan - 13 jan, but I received my order confirmation with est delivery on 14-17 jan. this is a farewell gift for my colleague, and I need it on 13jan. I ordered because you noticed the…

I ordered because you noticed the estimate arrival time was 7th to 8th Dec. I wanted to pass those cards to my friends on 10th Dec and had to leave Singapore on 11th Dec.
I could not receive those cards before leaving Singapore….
I want to request you refund.

Your Customer Support Help staff did…

Your Customer Support Help staff did not understand my technical ptoblem despite me writing 2x. I wanted to remove the Singapore public holidays from my calendars but your IT system did not allow it. I wrote in but your staff does not understand English and did not help to resolve my problem.

Disappointing, poor quality control

Order #19545360
Although it was nice to see my customised design printed on a mug, my experience was extremely disappointing. Having placed the order in Singapore on the Singapore website, my order was inexplicably sent to London to be printed, resulting in a 5-day delay in the stated delivery time. The quality of the print is decent but the white mug itself has a grey triangle spanning three-quarters of the lip of the mug (not included in my design!) Overall, it was a doubly disappointing experience as the mug is meant to be a meaningful gift for family. No one should feel apologetic to give a gift or have to reconsider giving it! Will not utilise Optimal Print again.

Little bit expensive. Happy with quality.

Made a cup for my aunt as Christmas present. Cup costs about 9 dollars after black Friday 50% off discount, however shipping is another 9 dollars so it wasnt much of a discount after all. Cup arrived in about 1 week, vibrant colours and boxed up with protective layer. Thanks!
