They are rip off they don't return calls they wanted $3,000 more than an actual law firm and they try scare tactics just like the IRS.
I received a follow-up call from Alejandro, he was pleasant. He then refunded my $495.00.

After a few weeks, optima finally has reached out to me and has agreed to give me my refund, so everything is clear with them.Now, this was just an update from my previous review. It may take a little bit of time, but they will get back to you. And they were willing to settle.
