Just back from another wonderful holiday in an Optima Villa. As always the Villa was spotlessly clean for our arrival and with the best quality furnishings. Optima villas are there if you need them but don't bother you unless you contact them. Perfect set up. We can assure anyone who might be a bit wary of booking a villa for the first time that you will be in excellent hands with Optima.

Abundance of glasses, crockery, utensils etc
Spotlessly clean.
5 min walk to Supermarket and local bars and restaurants.
20 min walk to Marina with extensive Restaurants and bars.
Ideal Property for family holiday

Optima Villas are really good to book your holiday with - they are very good at communicating and confirming everything, and the Villa was immaculate :)

Great company to deal with . The Villa was spotless, great equipment in the kitchen , lovely towels . We have stayed with Optima twice a year since 2017 . Looking forward to our November trip.

We have just returned from a 6 week stay in this villa. Situated in a quiet residential road, about a 20 min walk to Dorada Beach and a supermarket and another 10 min walk to the Marina which wasn't an issue for us as we enjoy walking, and we didn't hire a car. We had a few problems at the villa which were quickly resolved by Optima. There was a nice welcome pack when we arrived and it was very clean with plenty of towels. We had a weekly clean while we were there, and the pool was cleaned twice weekly which was amazing. The pool was so nice and lovely and warm. The only negative is that I thought the villa was a little tired, and could definitely do with updating and some maintenance. Overall, we had a comfortable stay at the villa and we would definitely recommend Optima Villas, who we found very friendly and helpful. Thank you.

We have just come back from a delightfully relaxing week at Villa Piedaita in the Colorado area of Playa Blanca. The villa is very comforable, spacious and the fixtures and fittings are superb quality, possibly the nicest we have experienced in a rental to date. The location is great. There is a supermarket a few minutes away and the Marina is a nice 15 minute walk along the sea front, and the town a further 15 minutes from that, again along the sea promenade - a lovely gentle walk on a morning or in the evening before eating. The bus stop is just over the road and taxis back late at night were about 5 euros. We would definitely stay here again. It is just a shame that presently it is not possible to rent this villa with another couple even though there is ample space.

Having used Optima before we were delighted to find this lovely apartment.
Booking and communication with Optima (Mandy) was excellent.
The apartment Puerto Mar is brilliant, home from home but in the very centre of Playa Blanca, however it is the stunning view which makes it special. We were surprised how quiet it was, being on the main promenade above the shops and restaurants, we expected some noise but it was very quiet and private.
The apartment is well maintained, clean and a good size with everything you need. Would definitely go again, if we can. Thanks once again Optima for a beautiful holiday.

This is our 4th time using Optima Villas and once again we have had an amazing time. Location at villa Cielo is perfect as were the facilities , everything is catered for! Home to home. Will definitely book again before end of year.

Our third visit to the same apartment and we were once again delighted with the accommodation. The views from the balcony are hard to beat and the apartment is spotlessly clean!
Great communication and service from Optima Villas.

Stayed in Villa Oleander for 3 weeks in January 2024. Villa was spotlessly clean and garden and pool area were immaculate. Bathrooms and kitchen need updating. Great tv with more uk stations than we have at home! Full Sports programmes too. Very peaceful being at the end of a cul-de-sac. It was a 10 minute walk to Rubicon Marina. Optima Villas very easy to deal with.

The villa was great and Dawn and Keith were on hand to help when we had a problem with the TV on our first day. The welcome pack was very much appreciated as we arrived in the evening cheese wine etc. We had a wonderful stay but have booked another Optima villa for next year as this one has no aircon and we found the pool a bit cold. Location is 20 minutes walk to the main town which was not to far. Lovely villa.

A week in villa Dafne, we enjoyed it enough that we've booked a month next year in the same villa with Optima.
Spotlessly clean villa, spacious and very well furnished. The owners have added so many homely touches inside and out that it almost feels like a home from home. Optima team always easy and pleasant to deal with.

We had a truly fantastic holiday in gorgeous Villa Ledicia. Optima Villas were excellent - they ensured we had everything we needed and always responded quickly to questions. We have just booked another holiday with Optima Villas as we were so impressed.

Spent a week at Villa Casa Su to celebrate wife’s birthday and couldn’t have wished for a more memorable week. The Villa was exceptional, especially the pool, location and facilities. We will certainly return.

I made my reservation through Optima Villas, I had never visited Lanzarote before, but we decided on our destination, and I found a suitable property that fulfilled our needs as a blended family (my husband and myself plus 5 ‘kidadults’ ranging in age from 17-27) I booked our flights and transfers separately through Easyjet & Viva Travel who were amazingly efficient, but the level of service from Optima Villas was outstanding. They make everything so easy, particularly as we were a party of 7, any questions were answered within minutes!! I asked where I could buy a can opener, and 10 minutes later a brand new one was delivered! I have rented properties abroad countless times, but I’ve never experienced this level of customer service and satisfaction. The entire team need a bonus and a pay rise 👏🏻 100%

Optima are a great company to deal with they reply to emails promptly and if an issue occurs with the villa they have respond quickly, they are very helpful, pleasant people to deal with, would not hesitate to recommend them.
Villa Gordon has a lot of good points, situated in a quite residential it's spacious, the pool is clean, well maintained and safe for children as it is fenced off. The layout of the villa may not suit everyone, downstairs is very spacious and has an excellent modern kitchen but there is only one bathroom which potentially would be used by 6 adults, also there is no dishwasher downstairs. The bedrooms are large and spacious but only one of them has a wardrobe, there is nowhere to hang anything in the other 2 rooms. The dining table and breakfast bar only has 4 chairs. Upstairs which in effect is a completely separate self contained apartment there are en-suite bathrooms to both the single and double room, the kitchen is modern and well fitted with a dishwasher. There are plenty of outside spaces but if you want to eat outside then folks from the lower apartment will be carrying stuff up and down stairs. Our party was 7 adults and one infant and we found that we were carrying furniture and crockery up and downstairs regularly. Generally the villa could use a little TLC and some instruction books on some of the appliances, took ages to figure out how to work the extractor fan but others like the washing machine we googled.
If the layout suits your party then Villa Gordon is great, we would certainly use Optima again

I have used one of Optima Villas properties twice yearly since 2017 (apart from covid) and recently returned from another holiday.The result of my experiences is that I have found the following

They reply to emails promptly
Promptly returned deposits re cancelled bookings due to covid
Villas always sparkling clean
If an issue occurs with the villa or its contents they have always been been able to fix the problem or replace the item on the same day
Lastly they are very pleasant people to deal with

One of our favourite villas, great for families and couples. We have stayed here many times over the past 10 years, the location is great, very quiet and with shops and restaurants in walking distance. First time booking through Optima with no problems, great welcome pack. Shame the mountain bikes have not been looked after, we used to enjoy using them, and were a bonus at this villa (previously Villa 60). Similarly the hot tub is in need of a bit of TLC not quite the luxury it once was, hence only 4 stars.

Just back from Villa Casa Cielo Azul. The location of the villa was superb a nice quiet residential area and only 10 mins walk to the Marina. The large supermarket at the end of the street was an added bonus. The welcome pack from Optima was great to get started. The villa was a good size for 4 adults and a baby and a nice pool area. This is our 3rd stay in Lanzarote with Optima Villas and can highly recommend them.
