Fantastic experience and quality customer service from the team at Optima Villas. Everything was smooth in the booking process, efficient and they have a user friendly website! Our stay at Casa Miramar in Puerto del Carmen was extremely comfortable, very clean and in a fantastic location. Their generosity with their welcome pack was second to none. We also requested a late checkout which they were kindly able to accommodate but at no extra charge. Unheard of these days. Optima Villas will be our first choice now for booking accommodation on the island in the future.

Yet another amazing Villa. We stayed at Villa Oleander Playa Blanca April/May 25. Very close to the Marina and main area. The villa was very well looked after. Appreciation for Keith the Maintenance Manager when we had a slight problem which was resolved very quickly. Have already booked this Villa for September 2026. Optima Villas are always helpful, and nothing is too much trouble for them. Have booked with them several times over past few years and will be staying in Villa Lirio this October and can’t wait

This was our first time renting a villa and we rented Casa Dolores in Playa Blanca for one week through Optima Villas. The villa was exactly as described, spotlessly clean, had everything we needed and in a really lovely quiet location. The welcome pack was a real treat and gave us the opportunity to have a snack and glass of wine on arrival, before we did our own shop. It was about a 10 min walk to the recently opened Aldi and approx 15 mins into Playa Blanca. Optima Villas dealt efficiently with any queries, a special thanks to Julia for all her help and for facilitating a late check out. Fingers crossed we will back 🤞!

My friend and I stayed at “Casa Blanca Del Mar” (Shangrila Park). Near Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. 6thMar.-20th Mar.2025. What a lovely. villa! Everything we could possibly want was there. Warm pool, lots of lovely seating areas, very quiet. Beds were comfy, showers efficient, pretty well appointed villa …and thank you for the “goody pack” (with wine)!
Any queries and a couple of small problems were dealt with promptly by friendly, helpful staff. We would love to return to this property.
Small recommendations. Sofas in lounge a tad uncomfortable and pool loungers could do with an upgrade. Wonderful holiday. Thank you.

We stayed at Casa Blanca Del Mar. On arrival the villa was lovely and was everything and more than we expected. The welcome pack was very welcome! The wine went down well by the pool.
Optima team were very efficient and helpful when resolving a couple of minor issues. Perfect location and very peaceful. We will be returning next year, can't wait!

We have just returned from a 4week stay in Casa Corfe. It is a fabulous villa in a stunning location by the sea. The outside space and the heated pool is wonderful. The villa is in a very good decorative order and comfortably furnished and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and lacked nothing and eating in was a pleasure.
There are some good restaurants and bars in Faro Park that are about a 10 minute walk from the villa. A short drive or bus ride away is main resort of Playa Blanca and its traffic free promenade where there are lovely clean beaches and a tremendous choice of bars and restaurants.
The welcome pack on arrival was excellent and the service and communication provided by Optima Villas from booking until the end of our holiday was outstanding. The villa was cleaned weekly and the pool twice weekly during our stay. We have already booked another two holiday with Optima Villas.

We’ve used Optima Villas a few times in the past and found them to be of a high standard but sadly on this occasion not so.
We booked Casa Reina in Playa Blanca. On arriving got the keys out of the locked box and spent 5 minutes trying to fathom which one fitted the patio door to get into the villa as there’s at least 6 different keys and none marked.
Then finally getting into the villa the alarm activated, so following the instructions to swipe the fob across the alarm panel on the wall to deactivate, which didn’t deactivate it just made the alarm louder until a voice from the panel informed us we were swiping the wrong panel it’s the one immediately to the right when you enter the villa. Got that sorted.
Then the patio door wouldn’t close fully to enable us to lock it as it’s the main entry point. Rang Optima to be informed no one can come out ( this was 4pm) so if you go out just close the shutters and you’ll have to leave the alarm off when you go to bed, leaving the door open and leaving the villa totally unsecured.
Had to contact the next day to see if anyone was coming to sort the door which they promptly did, apparently the other patio door handle hadn’t been closed correctly.
Next night going out and setting the alarm it just kept bleeping louder and louder so had to turn it off. On setting the internal alarm on going to bed, again bleeping got louder and louder, had to turn it off.
Alarm engineer out the next day to reset the alarms, great. Two nights later on going to bed an hour later alarm goes off at 12.30 am, reset it goes to bed, 1am alarm goes off. Wall speaks to me says fault with kitchen window so leave alarm off.so now no alarm system at all.
There’s very poor instructions from Optima on how to operate things in the villa. From the tv settings in the book which are totally useless, to operating the cooking hob again which is trial and error.
The inside of the villa is a little tired in comparison to previous villas but the outside space is good .
It’s leaving the impression that standards and professionalism has dropped which has made it not such a good experience and enjoyable stay.

Casa Maza is a nice villa, but has now become slightly unkept. Some inexpensive items could easily be rectified. Upstairs bathroom had 3 drains (bath, sink & bidet) but only one plug. No oven gloves making it dangerous to use oven without. A clock costs next to nothing & would be very useful in the kitchen. The fridge is hazardous because the shelves can collapse and throw out items at any time & the door is binding ontop of the freezer below. The electric socket was hanging off the wall in the middle floor bathroom. This should have been repaired before we arrived. Also the door handle on this bathroom was broken. All the bathrooms are badly lit. There are other issues which some people would say were 'nit picking', but on the whole this villa needs some TLC to bring it back up to standard. Also to be noted, there are many flights of steps over the 3 floors and this villa would only be suitable for able bodied people. To be fair, there are many good points to this property. Beach towels provided, lovely pool, ALL channels TV, an Aldi supermarket within walking distance, quiet area normally, but two houses are being built next door & it was noisy for 2 days when they were bringing down the concrete shuttering. This noise will vary from day to day until it is finished. It's a bit of a long walk to the beaches if you don't have a car. I can't say I would recommend this villa until it has been given some maintenance.

Our second stay at Villa Mariposa using the excellent Optima Villas. We used to use Villa Plus for over 21 years but this company is far far better. Villa is spotless and very well equipped, pool and outside is perfect and great barbecue area which was well used. All shops restaurants and amenities in easy walking if you dont have a car. Villa location is in a quiet residential area perfect for relaxing. I highly,highly recommend this villa and also Optima Villas. You just cant fault them. We are just back from a three week stay in Casa Lirio. The villa is clean and spacious with everything we needed. The outside area is sunny all day and the pool is kept at a lovely temperature. The villa is approx 15 minutes walk to Aldi and the beach and waterfront is a further 15 minutes walk. The welcome pack was generous and very useful. Extra pool towels were provided as requested and Optima were quickly on hand to resolve a small problem we had towards the end of our stay.
We had a lovely stay and will definitely book with Optima Villas again.

Stayed at Mariola Beach - ground floor apartment for 1 week in February. The villa is fairly basic but well equipped with everything we needed. Most importantly the beds are comfortable. There was a generous welcome pack left with all the basics to start your stay which was a nice touch (a well stocked Spar is 2 minutes away). One thing to note is that access is via some steep steps or a sloping gravel path which could be an issue for those with poor mobility. The best thing about the villa is that it is right above Baranquillo Beach which is lovely, great for swimming and relatively quiet. The view from the terrace is amazing and it was calming going to sleep & waking up to the sound of the sea. The main reason it is not 5* is due to the hot water situation - it does work eventually but with low flow. The tv was also a bit haphazard, probably due to a dodgy remote - shame as would be perfect if remedied. That said would definitely stay again - communication with Optima was excellent & they seem a very professional outfit

We recently spent almost 6 weeks over Christmas and New Year in Villa Oleander. This really is an excellent villa - spacious inside and out, very well equipped and a superb location. It is one of the best in the Optima portfolio, save for a major issue more of which later.
Three days after we arrived Mandy from the Optima Team called at the villa to welcome us back to Lanzarote. She came bearing gifts - bubbles, snacks and Christmassy treats. This was hugely appreciated, thank you Mandy.
There was a Calima for a couple of days after we arrived so we were not looking to use the pool. On the third or fourth day we went to uncover the pool and discovered it was ice cold. We reported this and Optima had the pool guys out next morning - the electric in the pool had tripped and they sorted it out.
We could now hear the pump running and after a couple of days the pool was feeling warmer.
We then experienced another Calima and when we went to use the pool the electric had tripped again. This time it also tripped the electric in the villa.
Optima got the pool guys involved again and also an electrical company to investigate why the electric was tripping. It took about 2 weeks and frequent visits before this issue was sorted.
I had frequent dealings with all of the Optima Team during this period. Mandy, Julia and Dawn all did everything they could. To be utterly fair to Optima they gave us a refund to cover the period when the pool was not heating.
Even after the issues with the trip were resolved we found the pool too cold to really enjoy. One of the electricians explained to us that the owner was very strict about the pool temperature settings and that they could not be changed.
I also must mention that on our last day our flight home was delayed 9 hours. Optima allowed us to use the villa for the full day - we were very grateful for that.
In conclusion, the Optima Team in Playa Blanca are 5 star. It was unfortunate about the other issues that just took the edge of the holiday. We have used Optima many times and no doubt will again in the future.

Excellent service by Optima Villas - clean, well-maintained and and all-around great experience in a lovely villa. A couple of missing pool towels were at the door within an hour of emailing.
A late check-out was agreed with no cost or quibble - a refreshing change, and really helped us get the most out of our time.
Highly recommend.

Villas Casa Reina and Jaemos

Just spent another wonderful time at two villas rented through Optima Villas.

What can I say about Optima other than lovely clean villas, great welcome pack but more importantly superb customer service. Had a small issue with the tv in Casa Reina and within thirty minutes someone came out and sorted it all out. They are extremely responsive to any queries let us check in early to Villa Jaemos .

Casa Reina has everything you need for a relaxing holiday, large heated pool and 20 minute walk along the beach path into Playa Blanca. Although it’s near the Aquapark it is a quiet neighbourhood.

Villa Jaemos is simply beautiful love the individual design , privacy and heated pool. Again about a 25 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants in both Playa Blanca and the Marina.

Had a fantastic time and so great we have booked another villa for a month next year. On countdown!

Other Villa companies have a lot to learn from Optima, thank you once again .

Mariolas Beach, this was our 6th visit, Optima Villas make everything easy and correspondence is always quick and polite. Our villa has exceptional views and location but is a little tired in places and hot water and pressure is poor with an awful smell in the ensuite but honestly everything else outshines the few issues.

This was our 9th year with Optima Villas, which I think says it all.
Thoroughly professional, ultra friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable.
You really could not be in better hands.
Another gloriously sunny stay In Lanzarote!

The apartment was fabulous with everything we could possibly need. It was spacious, clean, homely and in a lovely quiet area. The outdoor facilities were lovely and it was great being able to use the bbq and outdoor dining area to enjoy some meals in the sunshine! The staff were super responsive and helpful and we had a fantastic stay. I highly recommend.

Everything was perfect. Fourth time using Optima and it has never let us down. Can recommend without hesitation.

Stayed at Casa Cortine in Playa Blanca fantastic stay villa beautiful with a fabulous view pool lovely and warm spotlessly clean and loads of lovely white towels and also pool towels would love to book with them again as we come 3 weeks every January but can’t afford the price jump the villa has gone up by over £800 for the week !!!

Third time we have used Optima villas, second time at Villa Dafne.
Optima customer service is excellent both at home and on holiday.
Quality of villas also top notch.
Villa Dafne is in a great location, walkable to restaurants on Calle Irlande in about 10 mins via the back gate on the complex.
Amenities and equipment in the villa are extensive.
would definitely use Optima again.
