I was really impressed with whole recruitment process. It began with telephone call for face to face interview. I was able schedule a convenient date for the interview and the recruitment consultant agreed.
During the interview, Cassia was highly professional in her approach.
One of the things I really like about her was the different means in which she will send a message across. She will send you an email and text messages so that you do not miss any important message.
That was very impressive.

Birmingham airport interview
I went for an interview to work at Birmingham airport. I was interviewed by Cassia, she was lovely and made me feel so welcome and at ease. After the interview i was contacted very quickly and I got the job. Well organised, kind and helpful at all times!
Kasia is one of the most bubbly people i came across in a while she’s made me feel welcomed and talked me through the whole process answered any questions I had and guided me to the right person.
Crina has taken the time to show us what our roles will be consisting off which was more than helpful when it came to getting a full picture of the role. All the staff at optime group are so lovely and friendly, I am really excited to be working along side this amazing team of people!
