Constant outages while company takes no responsibility. They expect their customers to fulfill their side of the agreement by paying for the service, but aren’t held accountable for providing the service we pay for. Worst part is when you work from home and need the internet functioning in order to pay the bill for it and when your area is locked in to only use their service. At this point I would not even consider moving into an area that’s locked in to their service in the future.
