Contract scam - lost trust in Opus
We are a charity and have used Opus for phone systems for over 8 years. We no longer need this system as we have downsized due to funding. We are out of contract but Opus is refusing to allow us to terminate giving 3 months notice as per contract and is claiming we have to give 9 months notice - they say we have 9 months left on a 3-year contract that ended in 2022! Doesn't make sense. There is no loyalty towards customers, they pass you onto different people who just give same answers time after time. Sad that as a small charity and after 8 years, there is no one willing to help, especially for a contract that is probably very small for Opus. Frustrating.
