Expensive but not an improvement
Toothbrush advertised as reminding you every 30 seconds to move to a different area but it doesn't.
Different and more expensive toothbrush heads required from my previous version which is annoying. This wasn't clear in the advertising.
Says long battery life but it ran down after a week - my previous toothbrush lasted longer than this so not very impressive.

old versus new
I have my old oral -B a long time and the difference in the new one is huge. Really pleased I can see and feel the improvement. Packaging also great.

The OS9 is great but software needs precision improvement
The OS9 is great to guide you thru brushing your teeth. However, many times, you are brushing one side and the software shows a different side until it recognizes the proper location.

Battery life?
I have recently replaced my old toothbrushes because the batteries were no longer holding charge for more than a couple of days. I bought model 3791 but although the cleaning performance is as good as ever the battery life is disappointing. I would expect more than 10-14 uses per full charge as was the case with my old similar ones when new.

Products are of very inferior quality…
Products are of very inferior quality even on the high end toothbrushes. Mine died after 5 years of use fully, I’d expect it to last longer for such a premium product.

Don't buy the pro timer 3 modes
Approximately 6 - 8 weeks ago I bought a pro timer, 3 modes from superdrug. I thought I was getting a good deal as paid the £25, boy was I wrong! I have used oral B for more than 20 years and have never had an electric toothbrush that could be compared with the speed of a manual one.
So disappointed, I had to buy another one today, same brand (because they are usually brilliant) but a different model. It really isn't fit for purpose
