Very quick delivery and smart brush with case.

I did find it very difficult at first trying to find out what toothbrush head was best for my situation. I have very sensitive teeth and gums so I wanted a toothbrush head to be able use. I also wanted a mouthwash but Oral-B doesn’t produce them. After locating the brushes I placed the order, together with an order for toothpicks which was very straightforward and easy. However the delivery took over 4 days and arrived in two packages 1 package first and the second one day later. Why wasn’t it put into the same package saving waste and money? I suggest that a diagram to be shown on the order page. A much easier way to select the correct brush. The quality of the product is perfect and works really well. Hence the 5 stars. Excellent product but the final delivery was a letdown.

Great service..order didn't take long to arrive

Be warned, this common i06 (and upwards) problem ruins an excellent toothbrush.The battery barely lasts a week and suddenly drops to zero when it is still displaying at least a 40% charge. I am awaiting the second replacement but the warranty runs out in four months at which time I will be stranded with a useless, unreliable, expensive item. I will go back to Philips when that happens.

Problem with toothbrush not charging after only having it a couple of weeks. Several staff members I spoke to on the phone didnt seem to understand what I was saying and also one was extremely rude and when I asked to speak to a manager she just very rudely said "why". She then gave me another number to phone which was incorrect as they directed me back to the number I phoned initially. Sent toothbrush back for refund but ended up being out of pocket as I had to pay postage. Never again

Simple fast and efficient order to delivery. Great product nothing not to like.

I tried to order replacement brush heads but inadvertently ended up with and was charged for a complete new toothbrush which I had to return. This caused quite a bit of inconvenience.

My electric toothbrush stopped working after 7 months. Sent off for repairs which was easy since they email you the prepaid label. SMS received a day later the device has been received. So far so good.

And that’s it.

That was a week ago. No updates. Called customer service and was told they don’t know anything and instructed to call the service centre directly. Service centre doesn’t pick the phone up.

Great way to provide customer service for a faulty product.

Very quick next day delivery - good offers on as well. Received 4 mystery boxes, sadly one of the toys had broken but other than that very good.

Great product

Ordering was straightforward and I had no issues with the service. However, for a toothbrush costing around 3x more than others I have owned, I personally don’t feel the difference justifies the price.

The handle and brush feel too wide for my preference, and I find the brushing action less intense and less satisfying than considerably cheaper electric toothbrushes I have used. Of course, this is subjective, but there are brushes available for around a third of the price that I find more comfortable to use and, in my opinion, provide a preferable clean.

Had I been able to compare the size and brushing experience beforehand, I would not have chosen to spend this much on this particular model.

Product excellent but had to go out and buy a 2 pin plug

I have been using the Io 3 for some time and find it gives excellent results in terms of keeping my teeth and gums healthy, so I bought another for my husband and grandson to share. They also notice the difference in terms of oral cleanliness. Its an excellent product, although the toothbrush heads seem more expensive than they should be.

Absolutely brilliant brush!!!!! My teeth feel squeaky clean and I swear look whiter. Yes this brush can appear expensive but in my opinion it's definitely worth it.
