Terrible customer service
Package did not arrive. Abysmal customer service. Found out by contacting the courrier myself that the package is lost and not able to be delivered. Oral B say they are "investigating it". I've requested a refund and a callback from a manager multiple times and they have not responded, other than that they will "investigate where the package is" and for me to reach out if it still had not arrived by next week, after 3 weeks of sending messages and already having confrimed by the courier that Oral B has been notified of the package being undeliverable.
You just get automated messages and a call center that can't properly get something to be actioned. Horrible experience, the only thing needed was to be heard and to have a date my refund would have been given but none of that has happened yet. You also need an account on their website in order to send and receive messages, you cant email them or speak to an actual staff member.
PS I cant wait for the automated reply on Trustpilot with "We will investigate" haha, absolute scam!

I found the pricing rather obscure. Why is a packet of 8 brushes more expensive than buying 2 x 4 brushes. I would think a bigger pack would be cheaper as it uses less packaging.

The discount code is useless; the delivery fees are almost the same as the discount amount, meaning the discount code is practically worthless. You only saved 1 euro.

No stock, no service and late delivery
Not much to choose from, color grey out of stock io6 series, no 4pack radiant clean white brushes, when you buy larger packs the price of the brushes goes up instead of down. When I put my order in I received a mail that to keep the personnel safe the warehouse was behind picking orders. never hear that as an excuse. Where is that warehouse in a war zone? The way it is said does not make any sense at all to me, and to mention it after buying is just bad form. The whole company gives an impression of a shady chinese enterprise. I am not impressed with Oral-B services.

15% discount voucher
I used a 15% discount voucher to purchase a iO toothbrush and toothbrush heads. According to the voucher the discount was for all of these products, but I only got it for the toothbrush itself.
All solved by now, happy smile.
