I have made 2 custom design orders with OrbionJewels this year and the final products far exceeded my expectations. Kunal and his team gave me regular updates on the design process and were very courteous and professional. The diamonds they sourced were absolutely stunning and sparkly and I very much enjoy having these beautiful pieces of jewelry in my daily collection. Would highly recommend working with them!

Kunal and team provided amazing customer service, very quick response times which is impressive considering the time difference between USA and India. I did a custom order and they nailed any tweaks I requested to the design. I wanted an old mine cushion lab diamond but I rarely see a lab OMC that looks like an actual antique, it’s usually obvious that it’s a modern cut. However, Orbion’s OMC cut is indistinguishable from an actual antique. The 18k gold is stunning. It’s been about 6 months since my engagement and I wear the ring everyday. The craftsmanship is incredible, all of the prongs are perfectly placed and tight on the stone, even now. The ring box included in the packaging was beautiful. From the customer service to the craftsmanship and presentation, the experience felt like working with a skilled, local jeweler. I will definitely order from them again in the future.

I had a really great experience ordering from Orbion, I ordered both my engagement ring and my wedding ring from there. Kunal was so friendly and the response times were really fast. I ordered the fast shipping option too and it shipped to Germany from India way quicker than I had thought. I can recommend them 100%!

Incredible craftsmanship and attention to detail. I had been looking for an engagement ring design and they were the only ones to pull it off. They exceeded our expectations completely! Their customer service as well is amazing, I requested a custom order with a very tight timeline and they were able to pull it off with days to spare. Kunal and his team are absolutely lovely. They were quick to respond to messages, open to all my design ideas (and believe me, I put them through the absolute wringer with my indecisiveness and design redos) but also offered practical advice for durability and making sure the designs worked well together. They give you the impression that they want you to have the ring of your dreams, but also something that will last. I felt very comforted, and not like they were just going to say yes to anything as long as they got my money.

They were extremely patient and kind the whole way, and we had been talking for months. They really make you feel like you're the only customer with how attentive and quick they are... it was really quite impressive considering their large customer base!

The rings arrived today and I'm blown away by how beautifully they managed to do all the fine, delicate little details.

OrbionJewels on Etsy is the best! I had my engagement ring and wedding band made with them and both experiences were amazing. Kunal is great; he is kind and knowledgeable. He made sure my rings were exactly what I wanted, but offered his advice to ensure both pieces were durable. Both were also made in a timely manner and I was very happy with the shipping process. This is my family’s third purchase from Orbion Jewels, this time a sweet promise ring from my son for his girlfriend. As always communication was great with Kunal as he worked with us on the design. The ring is absolutely beautiful. Shipping is always super fast to the states. Would definitely recommend this jewelry shop!

Working with Kunal from Orbion was a wonderful experience. He was very patient with me as we designed a custom piece together, which took some time but was totally worth it in the end. The ring ended up being my engagement ring. I'm so happy with how it turned out and how gorgeous it is in person. The moissanite is really sparkly and the craftsmanship is impeccable. Just received my gold open claw wedding ring and it’s fabulous! Love the gorgeous packaging too. The communication from Kunal was excellent and very quick and secure delivery to australia. I highly recommend!

They made me an ABSOLUTELY gorgeous custom gold ring. Super patient with all my minor adjustments via Etsy messaging and I got to design something I was so exited to receive. It’s absolutely perfect. I was sent a picture of the custom cut moissanite stone before the ring was made and once it was finished, I was sent two detailed videos of the ring. It was packaged nicely and overseas shipping to the US was extremely fast (I think it took maybe 5 days total)

I purchased the 2.67 Ct Blue Green Old Mine Cut Oval Moissanite Ring, Edwardian Style Engagement Ring, Art Deco Rings For Women, Milgrain, Triple Prongs. I opted for a rush order and expedited shipping. My order was placed on May 30 and my ring was on my finger by June 15! And I am so in love with how it turned out. The cut is absolutely flawless. The setting is secure. The whole ring is beautifully crafted, so shiny, and beyond perfect. You can tell the craftsmanship is top notch. I will absolutely continue buying from this shop!
