Orbisify is legit and are great company

Orbisify makes it easier for me to decide on the selection of products. the customer service and the quality of the products make it special.

I am very satisfied with everything about the Orbisify, if I have to say something critical then I can only emphasize that they can reduce the waiting time for the different packages even more.

On this review, I can say that everything is super high class, the products for the prices they offer are super quality and the customer service I think I have never come across like this.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service! I received one bumper for half of my crib; not a complete bumper for $45.00 (after waiting weeks to receive the order). At first they told me they would send me a second bumper & even told me it was on the way, but after weeks of waiting I enquired again as to where the bumper was & then was told I had to show proof of a 5 star rating before they would send it to me. In the meantime, my son has bumped his head on the side of the crib that has no bumper, which really infuriates me! They are liars! Horrible horrible horrible! Please buy from a different company!

Very disappointed in this company

Very disappointed in this company. I received a backpack that was missing parts that couldn’t be fixed. Therefore can’t be used as a backpack. 7 months later I am still not reimbursed. Every time I ask for a refund they don’t reply. After 6 months they reluctantly offered to send a replacement but don’t reply to my request for a refund. Low quality products, terrible customer service and no accountability. I do not recommend.

There was a problem with the zipper on…

There was a problem with the zipper on a backpack my granddaughter received for Christmas. They talked to me live chat and got the problem resolved quickly. I would definitely do business with them again.

SCAM WARNING!!!

I would give them zero star if I could. I ordered a baby mattress and pillow back in October, after a month only received the pillow. Despite numerous follow ups and emails, yet waiting to be refunded for the mattress. Every time, I get a different response from their customer service agents, one told me that they already sent it, the other one said I should wait since the item is not in stock, and last person told me that I would receive a refund within 48 hours which never happened. They did not even provide me with a tracking number. Please please avoid this company. TOTAL SCAM!!!

Huggy Wuggy Plush & Transformer Thomas

After reading mixed reviews after I had made my purchase, I was a little concerned I had made the wrong choice purchasing through Orbisify. I am not an online shopper however in this instance I had no choice as what I ordered cannot be purchased near me.
I made multiple contact through online chat to which response was prompt and my questions were answered. I sent an email which again, prompt reply with Information I required.
I was able to track my package once I had tracking info & today have received my purchases.
Delivery was a little longer than advised however understandable due to time of year.
Have briefly looked at items and am overall satisfied with my purchase

Would NEVER order from them again

First of all, this company shows that it's in New York but they don't actually ship from there. I chose them because it was in the United States--I didn't want to wait a long time for something coming from China. The product did ship directly from China and took forever to get here. Then, because the delivery service marked it as delivered days before it actually was (which is common) I thought I had longer to return it. I had no access to tracking or anything. Product was not as described at all. Poor customer service.

We are spread across the US with our warehouses and we ship from New York, Florida, California, New Jersey and several other locations. But we also make deliveries from our warehouses in Spain, Lisbon and Hamburg, which are for the European region. as well as China for international deliveries.

The product you ordered was out of stock in our warehouses in the United States of America, and we shipped it from the international warehouse.

You made the purchase on 10.27.22 and you received the order on 11.11, and if you count all the days, you received the product for 11 working days.

You contacted our agents yesterday and asked to return the product, the return deadline is 14 days after you accept the product and you have exceeded this deadline. We have sent you the tracking number and you have access. But we cannot return used products.

Our agents have answered all your questions, and they have also sent you the tracking link, we believe that you have the answer to all that you have highlighted. We hope that you will take steps to change this comment as it is not right to leave negative comments for things that are not as you mentioned above.

I Would give them negative stars if I…

I Would give them negative stars if I could. I ordered 8 lego sets all the same for my storefront. When I started getting them they came in separate bags and each box was cut open and shortened rendering them unsellable in my store. I sent pictures of each box I recieved to date and they said sorry we can't help the box is damaged. I would not recommend this site ever, even to my worst enemy. I asked for a refund they said if the product is not there they could but does that mean I have to put each 1300 pc set together to see if it is all there.

Orbisify baby toys are amazing, bus toy is awesome.

Today I received the toy I bought for my son, the Bus Toy, and I am very satisfied with the quality. It does not have any plastic smell like other toys. I thought it was a little bigger, but it's still enough. My son likes it very much and learned all his songs very quickly, I can say that he even sleeps with it.
It's not the first toy I've bought at Orbsify, I'm very happy with all of them, but this is my son's favorite toy, the Bus toy.

Over TEN emails, OVER A MONTH wait, Just for the WRONG item and HALF the order to be received. This company is a JOKE!!!

I ordered TWO sets for a total of FOUR baby crib bumpers for my son who has Autism Spectrum. The thickness and fullness of the crib bumpers presented in the picture, looked like it will cushion his head banging. The total of this order was $119.96. I made this order on 9/16/22 and the money was taken the next day on 9/17/22. I NEVER received the package. One of many emails later, first I was given the wrong tracking, then I was given two other tracking numbers. The email stated that my item will be coming in TWO shipments. I NEVER received the package until yesterday, 10/21/22 by USPS. When I opened the package, not only was it NOT the item I ordered, I only received half the order. I want my money back. It is a shame that people will spend money on your company, but can't speak to anyone. I Waited for OVER A MONTH just for the wrong item and half of the product to be sent to me. I wish I can give Orbisify -1/2 star, but it will only allow me one star. You are lucky you got one star, your company and professionalism do NOT deserve even that. I HAVE every email, email promise, and receipt. I have EVERYTHING to back up what I am saying. I want my money BACK!!!

UPDATE: As you can see from the response from Orbisify, the order that was sent was a gift. However, I NEVER received my original order and I have NOT received a refund of $119.96. They kept promising over and over that my package will arrive. I have NEVER received it. Here it is February 2023, and I have NOT received my order as promised NOR have I received my refund. This company is pathetic. I might have to go to small claims court to get my money.

Orbisify is a very good store. My sister bought me a gift from this store and the size was not correct, so I had to exchange the product. They did everything for me that I wasn't buying and they made me the best choice, this happened a few months ago, now I am a regular customer and I am very satisfied with the products and customer service. The delivery is fast and there is no need to pay extra to arrive on time. Out of all the purchases, only one product was sent 2 days later than expected, but I believe it is quite good. Unusable folding garden rake

I recently purchased a folding garden rake from Orbisfy that was advertised as being 60” long when fully extended, but it was, in fact, less than 29”. It had no folding or telescoping handle whatsoever and it did not even look like what was pictured. I missed their 14 day return window, and when I wrote a negative review, they chose not to publish it.
