Ordered red men’s boots & later order was cancelled because out of stock. They offered black or grey boots. I can get those colors anywhere, from a reputable company, for less money & faster delivery. I went with this obscure company because they had a special color. But they didn’t

SCAM! Avoid this site at all costs. Products are not as advertised. When you contact customer service they immediately offer you a discount to be refunded, but they never actually process that refund. Then when you contact them again they refuse to do anything to help you.
They say this site is based out the America, but products are shipped from China and are cheap Chinese toys, literally with Chinese writing instead of English and plays Chinese music/voices (this is not what their advertising shows). Everything is way overpriced for the quality you get.
The site also only posts 5 star reviews and then when asked why my 1 star isn’t posted, they lie and say “Google is the one filtering and reviewing the post before it is posted.” Very dishonest and sneaky company.

Few matters, first, they post reviews that best represent their company.

Second, I ordered bed rails which took and are estimated over a month to arrive. They sent each bed rail seperate? So one arrived Nov 1st the others are scheduled to arrive between 10th and 15th of Novemeber - order placed October 10th with 3-8 delivery statement.

Quality is average and customer service poor.

This company is not in the US. They pretend that they are selling products in the US but they ship it from China. It takes 3-4 weeks for delivery. Oh I just hope this company gets flagged for fraudulent advertising and misleading information. If you will be returning an item and requesting for a refund, good luck as their reps are very unprofessional and untrustworthy.

I ordered the witch leg stack, they came back as witch legs pillows. They are not as advertised, they are about 15 inches in height, I can’t use them and be searching for a way to return them. The customer contacts do not working, I tried support and it takes me to refund policy, no customer services available.

DON’t ever buy here. They offer free returns and this is not true.
They never take care of the return. I asked 10 emails, never made it.
More people had the sane experience. They are liars

I confess that after reading several reviews I was pretty skeptical of this company. However my item arrived on time and as promised. It will look great I'm sure. I would not hesitate to buy again from Orbisify

As soon as I put the LED lights on the wall, the electrician told me that the quality is of the highest level, easy and fast assembly, but most importantly, they arrived at the time they promised me and they look very nice.

The value of the order is large and at first I hesitated because it is the first purchase in Orbisify, but the customer service helped me in the selection and I thank them very much, Levi, I have to thank you publicly because I know that I have tired you with many questions haha.

Orbisify has amazed me with their service to me, to be honest it was my fault and I accused them of poor customer service but the work they have done and how they treated me is something amazing. The quick and very clear solution in one word amazed me.
Above all, the quality is very good, very satisfied. I can't say anything more than that it is worth spending money in this store.

I ordered 2 outdoor lights. One was found to be defective by the electrician. When I called to have it replaced, I was tole I would receive a return label. When I did not receive one I called and was told it was past the 14 delimit on returns. No customer support. I would not purchase anything from this company. Extremely poor customer service. Buyer beware.

Don't waste your money and your time! very bad experience. I ordered a baby seat in Orbisify and it came broken in the parcel. I opened a claim and they said they were going to send me a new one. 3 months later I didn't received anything, I have texted them 10 emails asking for my chair and they ignored me. Really bad quality products and the worst behavior with clients ever!

Item I bought is not as advertised, it isn't even the same item. I bought a 4-5 inch tall Remi magnetic shoulder plush. The item I got is a 12 inch tall different colored rat holding bread. It isn't a shoulder plush and has no magnet. This is a scam. I asked them to return the item and send the advertised one and they responded
saying I would have to pay for return shipping and they don't sell the item they advertise. I asked them to change or take down the ad and they declined. They also take down every review I make.

Sent me 5 deck lights that cost over 600 dollars.
2 of the lights were different to the others and did not work.
They refused to exchange or refund.
Disgraceful.

Basically they are cheats! They collect full amount at the order & later show status as delivered when there is no delivery made. On enquiring further will claim as delivered to neighbor, they do not have any information to which unit it was delivered. I know all members in my neighborhood & everyone confirmed it is not received. Probing further, some fake signature was submitted which does not match that of anyone in my neighborhood. Be ready to be cheated if buying from this platform....

Update dt. 27th Apr: My rating remains unchanged (in fact goes negative). Got response from Orbisify pn 19th Apr showing fake concern & with a promise to respond within 1 minute, however even after my email reply to them no response so long. So basically I lost my money on them....

I ordered 3 items on 2/10/23
A couple weeks later I received the order, but one item was missing, I waited a couple weeks to see if I get it.
Since I did not received it, I decided to contact the company via email. Next day I got an email not to worry my order was now complete. well as of 3/30/23 still nothing. Worst part not been able to contact the company, email failing to respond, and phone # with dead tone.
Frustrating to say the least. Weather this is resolved or not., not ordering from this company anymore.

The best experience I've had with an online store, the customer service surprised me, I asked a lot of questions and I got an answer for each one, after all that I decided to make the purchase. The order has arrived and the quality of the product is 5 stars.

This company is terrible, do not buy from them. I bought a thick yoga mat and when I received it, it looked nothing like the picture. They are only giving me 50% refund for sending me a misrepresented product. I tried to put a 1 review on their site and was not able to, fraudulent company!!!

I would give them a zero or minus zero if possible. On 2/8 I ordered a Pilates mat. It was reasonably priced for a thicker mat. On 2/12 I requested tracking info and was told I would receive it within 24 hours . That never happened. I wrote again on 2/14 and once again requested the info. It was only after that message that I received the information. I was totally shocked when the tracking showed it was coming from China with an estimated delivery date of 3/7. When I questioned this, they told me their warehouse was destroyed due to very bad weather. They should have notified me of this so I could cancel because this date was unacceptable. When I requested the order be cancelled, told it could not be done as item was already shipped. And of course card was charged day of order. According to my credit card company, I can’t disput charges until 3/8 if I don’t receive it by 3/7. I could return item if unhappy but I would have to pay for shipping as the purchase price was under the threshold for free return shipping. Today when checking tracking information it stated abnormal status package delayed st customs. Who knows when I will ever receive the item. This is a horrible company to deal with. I also complained to the BBB
