I placed a fairly large order but am still yet to receive it.
I contacted customer services who only replied to my emails after I commented on social media.
They then sent tracking details, however Evri have never received a package from them.
Really disappointed as this was for a birthday present that now will not arrive in time.
Customer service sent nice emails but these were never carried through.
I would not recommend this company

There was an issue with my original order (the strap was not included). I thought I had misunderstood the offer and went ahead and ordered it separately along with other items for my new Disney bag (which I love). When I realized that I was entitled to the free strap, I emailed their customer service and the timely responded and refunded me the cost of the strap. Their customer service was wonderful!!!

You spend $300 on tech accessories, and they ship standard (companies and businesses registered with Canada Post get Expedited shipping at no additional charge), and there's no option to upgrade shipping at all. It should not take 14 days for an order to get from Ontario to BC.

I have ordered a number of items from Orbitkey, and have never had any issues. My latest order was slightly delayed due to the currier and the Custer service from Orbitkey was nothing short of stellar! The issues where rectified and a new order was sent in no time. Brilliant service and great products!

Had a product break within 2 months. Was disappointed because orbitkey products are usually of high quality.
But i emailed about it Friday late afternoon and had a reply from customer service that night! Was super impressed. They decided to immediately replace my product.
Highly recommend their products cause even if there is an issue they resolve it so fast!

Awful Customer Service. Some of their products weren’t what was expected and I have been trying to arrange a return. They had offered 60 day returns, but when you request a return they ask for reasons and photos and then they don’t respond at all.
Getting stressed as now the 60 day window is approaching and still no response so looks like I’ll have to do a chargeback from my credit card.
Some of the products are okay but absolutely not worth the hassle of dealing with such poor customer service.

I placed an order with them on December 17 as their Instagram page was advertising free express shipping in time for Christmas. Product did not come in time and still has not arrived. I have sent an email to costumer service twice now, one on 22nd of December and on 7th of January as there’s been no updates of where my product has been. I’ve had ZERO response from their team, not even an acknowledgement that they’re aware that my order is still pending almost 1 month since I ordered it. Considering it’s an Australian brand I thought for sure it would be reliable but this is my first experience where a company has gone completely mute and will not have the decency to respond to my emails or provide with some sort of update.
I understand that Christmas is a busy period but do not advertise that your products will “arrive on time for Christmas” if you can not fulfill it. Save your money, buy somewhere else

With the way the store is set up, I was trying to purchase the foldable duffel bag, AND add on the accessories I wanted. I mistakingly added only the accessories and the free item, but not the bag. I notified customer service about this, and they quickly sent a new invoice with the added cost of the item I wanted to add. Very quick and efficient for both of our times.

My son had purchased a few things from your site & was very happy with the quality & function of same. He ordered some stocking stuffers for Christmas that I found very useful. I decided to order a few items for me & my son. As a new customer I was given a 10% discount coupon & this combined with after Christmas sales meant some very good deals. I sent in my order….with 2 errors. I contacted Orbit through channels posted in email & site. Margarette fixed everything immediately, she was very helpful & kind. Because this was technically my 2nd order I lost the use of my 10% off coupon for 1st order. Well, Margarette fixed that too, she refunded me 10% of my order. For Orbit’s responsive, patient customer service & their quality goods we are now lifelong customers.
