Had a problem with the lock mechanism on my v2 keyring that I purchased over 12 months ago. Enquired if I could purchase a new part to replace the old one or needed to buy a new v2. Mae was very helpful. She sent me a new v2 free of charge which I am so grateful. Was not expecting that. Prompt and courteous service. Thankyou Mae and orbitkey. Love your products.

I ordered from Orbitkey at the beginning of December for a Christmas present. It was the worst experience. Apparently what I ordered went on back order but I was never told so it just sat in order status with no update whatsoever. The package took over two weeks to reach me and did not make it for Christmas. When I tried to reach out to customer service, they did nothing to expedite a new product to beat the deadline… just basically admitted it was screwed up. Their customer service only responds every few days so to get an update it nearly impossible. I have now been promised they will make this right but have heard nothing for days. Sad they can’t get their act together as the products look adorable.

I am so frustrated with the customer service. There is a warranty for the product I previously purchased that broke so I sent them an email of my broken clip asking for a replacement. It took forever to get back to me so in the meantime I was adding items to my cart and browsing other products. When I signed into my Shop account on the website, it just purchased my cart automatically when I was still waiting for someone to respond to my email until I wanted to buy anything again. When they finally did, they said they would just refund me for that purchase instead of sending another one, but would not refund me the shipping. I kept emailing them NO just send me the replacement I would return the other but they did not listen and still did a partial refund and sent what was in my cart. Come to find out the clip ordered was NOT the one I originally needed to be replaced because it didn't have the right clip on it. I emailed them again asking for a replacement of the correct clip and they are STILL giving me a hard time and taking Daysss to answer. I am so disappointed. First of all that a $40 clip broke is less than a year and now even more due to the lack of customer service.
Update: I was now contacted by another team member who issued me a full refund and is sending the correct clip. I appreciate you guys fixing this!

Order was stuck at the Evri depot for 29 days and didn't think I'd get it in time for Christmas. Emailed Orbitkey and Mae was phenomenal! Sent another order out this time with DPD and it arrived with two days to spare. Incredible service, exceptionally quick response time and my son was absolutely delighted with his present. Will definitely order again, items are brilliant and v high quality. Thank you so much 😊

Two things stand out about this company. First, they have a carefully curated line of highly useful products. But even more impressive is their customer service. I emailed them on 12/8/25: "Hi! I accidentally cut the little tag off of the black "orbitkey" card in my package! Could you please send me another one? (I'll read the directions this time!!) Thanks :-)." They asked me to send a picture - I did (I had cut off the sturdy little tag that anchors the phone to the crossbody part, not realizing it was an indispensable part of the way it works). Margarette responded: "...we don’t replace the phone tab on its own. However, I’ve gone ahead and sent a full replacement for you as a one-time courtesy." She included a link said I'd receive an email with a link about shipping. A few days later I reached back out that I hadn't received the tracking info. (Actually, I had. I just couldn't find it in the wilderness that often seems to overwhelm my computer). In the meantime, it was waiting for me in my actual physical mailbox. (I know, I know.) When I put it together I immediately put it to good use during a long walk with my dog. Embarrassed, I subsequently wrote Margarette to thank her, commenting that I should probably check my mailbox more often. She wrote back, "Haha, yes sometimes the mailbox holds little surprises! I’m glad everything reached you safely.

Orbitkey issued my package via Evri :( it went missing on 20th December from Evri (no surprise there). I emailed the customer service email address and had a prompt response.
Ian was very helpful in getting the items re-issued quickly, he also kept me updated when certain items were out of stock. I now have a new delivery coming with DPD, unfortunately not before Christmas but still quick service for replacements

Not delivered (Evri) and it took several weeks and several emails/messages to Orbitkey to get a response.There is no live chat either - it’s just another message left. However once I finally did get a reply the service was very good, and I was offered a replacement or refund.

My recent purchase was mislaid by the courier.
Once notified, the response from Orbitkey was exceptionally quick.
Replacement items were despatch and I received them a couple of days later via a different courier.

I bought a few bits as part of Black Friday, the ID Card Holder Pro. I wanted to grab the limited edition bag, but realised I could grab a few bits and get the bag as the free gift. So I bought a second Essentials Pouch Trio in Stone and an Urban Loop Keychain and I qualified for the bag. I didn’t realise you needed to manually add the bag after I qualified.
Belatedly realised this and contacted customer care. They understood and were more than happy to send me the bag, but I had to pay for shipping. I had 0 problem paying that!

Such excellent customer service, and great quality products.
I didn’t have to amend or cancel my order, but I wasn’t sure what I was doing at that time. I thought I made a mistake. My order was taken care of by one of the team members quickly, and I got refund, then it was easy to start from the beginning.
I bought a few variety of items, and I love everything.
I find that a crossbody phone strap is very useful. I think I won’t drop my phone ever again.
Highly recommend it.

Update: They gave me a coupon as a solution so I used that to get their keyring product instead. Leaving this as a one star review just to warn others about the product 'Key Organiser Pro' - as this will make the review more noticeable for others. But I am happy with how their customer service promptly addressed the issue.
Unfortunately the screw mechanism fastening for the Key Organiser Pro came undone after a period left in my pocket. This has meant the contents of the clip are now loose in my pocket. As far as I'm concerned this defeats the point of the product because it cannot hold keys securely and reliably without checking to ensure the screw won't come undone. Movement when left in the pocket will gradually cause the item to fail.
This is disappointing as until that point I thought highly of the product. I think for future designs they need to somehow ensure the contents won't fall out of the clip.

I placed an order and received it twice so after alerting the team I was asked to send a photo of the two packages. Once this was done and confirmation received that the order was duplicated I was provided with a return slip to send back the goods. Very easy and great communication during the whole process.

I ordered two slingpacks and when I picked up the package from the parcel locker, only one was in there. I contacted customer service on Saturday and on Monday I got a reply to confirm my address and send a picture.
The extra one was sent and was ready to pick up by Friday but unfortunately, there was an issue with the parcel locker. Mae from Orbitkey was really helpful and followed up with me until eventually I could pick up the package.

I finally ordered a few items from the Orbitkey x KonMari collection — the 2-in-1 Tech Pouch, Laptop Sleeve, and Compendium. I hesitated at first because they seemed a bit pricey, but I’m really glad I went for it. The quality is great, and everything arrived in about 24 hours, which was a nice surprise.
