Last minute cave light failure.
I am presently here in the Dominican Republic with my wife. We will be here for four months where will be working part time as Scuba instructors/divemasters. There are also caves in the DR,we are both full cert cave divers.
Days before we left Canada to come here, my wife's Orca Torch D630 Canister light failed. I contacted Orca Torch and they managed to ship me the replacement parts in Canada before we left.
Having them shipped to the DR would have been a nightmare.
Orca Torch's service was highly appreciated, saving us time, money and probably several dives.
Thanks!
2 years of great experience.
used D720 for a year now, and original D710 for 2 year, D720 is really best for night dive, you can find more stuff and hard to reach area for day dive. D710 is powerful and reliable. SD03 is bright enough to be back up light, last pretty long, small, compact, multiple mode.
Please give me an unlock red-blue blinking mode please, for acuba police purpose. lol.
reliability and after-sales service is an important factor
The response to the breakdown was prompt and the suggestions were excellent.
The main torch light is a very important piece of equipment for cave divers, so reliability and after-sales service is an important factor.

Great product and great service
All good nice products
10 outstanding 10
Okay. Great torch. 5 star brightness. Great charging. I would recommend a flashing mode for a tough situation like and sos setting and a rubber outside for a nicer bounce or softer battle on the rocks. But the torch doesn't handle being dropped at all. Hence why I recommend the rubber sleeve.
😀 cheers guys.
Great and responsive customer care
Great and responsive customer care. Staff prepared to treat you as an individual and respond promptly.
easy shipment, great torch
Ordered directly from the online store, shipment was smooth and on time. Customer service was also very helpful and responded quickly. The torch (D710V) is great and everything works fine. Can definitely recommend.
So far so good
I have used the D630 canister light for 10 dives now. Great little light. It has made a big difference on night dives and days with poor viz. I use it on level 2 most of the time to avoid blinding the fish any dive buddies. I like the LED charge level indicator.
I purchased a battery on 5/17
Thank you all the help in resolving the issue I had. Jacob went above and beyond to aid me through the process.

Awesome customer service all-around
Awesome customer service all-around: Great response time to inquiry, excellent communication and follow-up.
The solution was great. It would have only been better if the original unit could have been serviced or salvaged in some way - it feels wasteful that a discontinued product cannot be supported and must be enter the wastestream.
Never received item!!!
On May15th 2023 I ordered the 710 Max dive light and still have not received it 29 days later. I chose to order directly from OrchaTorch instead of buying from Amazon in fear of receiving a knockoff. I also chose to go with OrchaTorch due to the positive reviews. I reached out to OrchaTorch and only received an email indicating they are work on it and coming up on a week and still have not heard anything update.
If you buy direct from OrchaTorch, beware!
