I bought an Orcatorch D530V with a snoot. The thread of the snoot had a different diameter from the torch, so it would not stay attached but fall out again. After some annoying back and forth, Orcatorch agree to send a replacement head and snoot - and they have exactly the same problem. It is clearly not a "rare" problem (as they claim) and there is clearly no quality control. Stay away!

I contacted the customer service department regarding my Orca dive light. The response I received was absolutely outstanding. They responded to my e-mail almost instantly and resolved my issue completely and surpassed all of my expectations.

The focus beam work amazing on surface, however, 300 lumen is not enough for day diving, and distance greatly reduced. If only you could upgrade mine for 2000 lumen LED, this would be amazing tool for day search.

Great lights I like the laser in my torch to point things out. I made 18 dives over a week with two torches and 2 beacons. Everything was flawless

The torch is a great product. It seems to be of good quality and provides the light (lumens) I was looking for underwater for recreational diving.
Delivery was poor. The international courier provided status updates until it cleared customs in Australia. After that, there was no delivery status visibility at all. On ordering, I was advised delivery in 5-10 days.
I received the torch after 25 days!

The dive light was packaged phenomenally. Truly happy to have supported Orcatorch. My boyfriend who has recently become a dive instructor is so very excited to use a canister dive light.

Every Orca Torch Product I own is FANTASTIC!!!! I would highly recommend to any of my diver friends to buy Orca Torch!

The battery life underwater was great especially in the cold water.

I would have given 5 stars if the official Orca Torch store was in the US it's in China took 3 weeks to get other than that I'm very pleased with the purchase.

Unfortunately I struggled to get a second response to an email prior to purchasing but once purchased the sale went well.

The only problem that occurred (a small one) was that the charger I ordered was delayed several days in Orlando, FL due to Hurricane Ian!
