The best weekend we've had away and was very well organised by Ashley and the team! Took the stress off me and the events we did were so worth the money would 100% recommend!!

Had a fantastic hen do weekend in London the hotel was beautiful and the staff where very friendly and helpful and the spa was lovely. The river cruise down the theme was amazing and their was amazing view, the 5 course meal was delicious everyone in the party where happy with meal many thanks Donna

Amazing amazing amazing!!!!!!!! Wish I had found this company for previous hen do planning! Nothing was ever too much trouble for the company, the planning and activities al ran smoothly with plenty of time to get to all locations, hotel was nearby to everything too.

After having to rearrange a hen do with 5 weeks to go we found this site and honestly they saved the whole weekend!! Definitely will be using them again! Amazing communication and an incredible Weekend away!

The help from orchid city and spa ltd was great, couldn’t ask for anymore help at all, made planning a hen do for 21 ladies easy and couldn’t of gone any smoother, everyone loved the weekend away.

I personally cannot fault Orchid city and spa. Ashley whom i dealt with was very efficient in replying to any email i sent with any queries.

A few of the things on the trip we picked and we needed to be refunded but again this was done with ease and efficiency.

Everything we booked with Orchid city and spa was perfect. Party bus, butler, cocktail class and dinner.
It really made the weekend so much fun with everything already in place and planned.

The ease too of the online payment system took the stress of money handling away from me, which i was extremely happy about.

I would 110% recommend them to anyone booking a trip away.

Wow what can I say! Orchid City and Spa are absolutely wonderful. Myself and my friends had such a brilliant weekend away for my friends hen do. Extremely supportive and helpful with all aspects of the weekend.

Recently went on a hen weekend to leeds with 14 girls. Had a great time and the activities was really good. The the only reason i have put 3 stars is we originally booked last year and the depoit needed to be paid by 1st of may for the hen weekend at the end of June....didnt really hear alot from them until the depoit was paid and thats when we begain to get things booked. Unfortunately it only gave a month notice before the weekend so alot of what we wanted was already booked up, they helped to find alternative placed but wasnt alot of choice. I think it would if been better that at the time of paying the deposit things would be provisionally booked to save disappointment and then confirmed at the time of the payment completion. They planner we had was lovely and couldnt do enough to help given the limited choices and times.

I booked my sisters hen through Orchid and from beginning to end they were nothing but helpful. No matter how many times I asked questions, altered plans or just wanted a little bit of guidance, Ashley and the team were brilliant. The weekend went without a hitch and we all had a fab time. Now I’m trying to find excuses to book another girly weekend away 🙃 just to try some more activities! Thank you Orchid

Had an amazing weekend!
Amanda took care of all the details she confirmed everything and always kept me informed. The whole weekend ran smoothly with no issues. We had a masterclass cocktail first that was well presented and had a cocktail each to make and a few spares!! The evening meal & cabaret show was good. The hotel was amazing and the facilities.All the girls had an amazing time and everything was organised professionally.
I highly recommend Orchid City & Spa and will definitely be using them again. (Already planning our next adventure!)
